Our room was not the best in regards to cleanliness. We stayed 4 days and housekeeping only went once to take out the trash had to call back to have the actually vacuum and clean my room. Hotel needs a remodel. Carpets are dirty. Elevators dont work.

Love the beach by the river

Like food choices and Starbucks inside. Rooms can use some update. Elevators need to be fixed to work properly. Elevators to parking lot need to have AC. Harris needs a boat launch deck. Sucks that beach area you're not allowed to have any type of canopy or umbrella.

I stayed there for 3 days and I requested room service to keep the room clean , not 1 time did someone came around . I also needed extra towels and other supplies and there was no one on site , we had to call reception and go pick it up ourselves . The room didn’t look clean when we got there . They do have a beach area and pool , it was better once you went outside the room .

The rooms bathromm was not good. Casino personel better thsn the checkin staff. Wont come back if the service front desk not good custimer service. Put in for room service did not happen. Call housekeeping and housekeepung better than front desk. Casino workers wete wonserful though. Frobt desk should be the key for customer service. Thankd to the other great employees who were wonderful at the hotel. Thanks

The rooms were very run down. We also did not enjoy gaming in the casino there as we felt that our money just disappeared....we had much more fun gaming at the other casinos. We had no expectations of winning money...but our money just disappeared too quickly at harrahs and the tropicana. Our money lasted a lot longer at the other casinos.

Even though I personally did not stay in the South tower, I should’ve! It was remodeled and the elevator was actually working unlike the North tower side! I didn’t like that I had to wait over 30 minute for the elevator!!!! Mind you this was the whole weekend that it was not working and the staff at all restaurants and stores were pretty rude EXCEPT for the Starbucks crew! They were nice! Other than that this was the worst experience I’ve had at Harrahs all other times I’ve visited were great! Get it together HARRAHS!

I thought it was the best property in Laughlin I liked it really well. The beach I love the beach

No Beach, Pool, Hot Tub. Did not try the health club. Maybe better latter in year.

Rooms way over priced. I pd extra for updated room and the room is not updated. Dirty nasty carpet

Horrible hotel. Don’t go. Very inconsiderate of disabled people and hotel smells. Room was outdated.

The room had a great view and was clean, but the furnishings were very old. The people who work there were helpful and friendly.

First of all the parking was pretty far then the places to eat closed too early and to top it off the keys to 1 of the rooms I booked didn't work, tried 3 different sets and they still couldn't get them to work, plus the restaurant I wanted to try The Burro Borracho only opens a few days a week, so bad experience for my 3 person stay. Very disappointing even the water taxi keeps getting more expensive at 5 dollars per person!
