The Edgewater needs to do a lot of upgrading to the property thru-out the inside. It is very dark and totally outdated. It may create some increases for nightly stays but the cliental may improve. As it is now, I have no desire to stay again. My future stays would be next door at the Aquarius. It is a bit more pricy but is more appealing.

I like to seeing the river and the life on it. lines for the elevators and over crowded pool..

The hotel is in very poor conditions. There was a line to get on the elevators all weekend. There was a leak near the elevators. The sheets from my bed were dirty. Not worth the price.

We’ve stayed here before and have put aside how bad the rooms are until this visit. Sticky floors, broken dresser drawers, black foot prints in the tub, dirty prints on the bathroom walls AND yellow stains on the bedspread. Disgusting. We will never book at The Edgewater again. Tropicana suited us better for basically the same price.

I arrived on a Thursday and felt I had the place all to myself. Waitresses and staff are very accommodating and pleasant. Very clean, I will book again

The rooms are old and run down

Ok

This was my first time at Laughlin, and at this hotel. The hotel lacked cleaning everywhere. Every door was dirty, the halls to the rooms where dirty. As soon as your walk out to the River walk you get attacked by thousands of flies. Every pole and building is covered in flies. The room was okay. As good as it gets. I paid a hotel fee, that to my understanding covers the pool and amenities that were unavailable. The pool was open but it was beyond crowded. They don’t allow you to bring drinks in but also don’t offer any drinks that can be purchased. I don’t understand how they expect you to sit in 105* weather without a drink!? I don’t think I would return to Laughlin. The flies are everywhere!!!! Please do not think I am exaggerating when I say hundreds of flies!!! I looked up the flies and it has been an ongoing issue for several years.

The lady that checked us in was the only good thing about the Edgewater. The line to check in was 45 min, after the 30 min wait to valet because the parking lot was closed. The room was disgusting. The window sill hadn’t been cleaned in months. We went outside and there was some kind of bug invasion that was all over the walls and surrounding areas. We packed our stuff and drove to Vegas after calling the front desk and telling them we were unhappy and leaving. Will never return there.

beds were comfy.. great for a quick stay along the way to wherever you're going. room was clean and modern.

Excellent

I wasn't too happy with the room. The light bulb in a lamp was burnt out and the room was super dimb. There was only 2 towels and we had 3 people. The rooms need an upgrade.

I really enjoyed the service from bell hop an Bellerophon an they had an amazing maid her name was Juana the best room service ever. Very fast an helpful w all needs when we asked for towels or toilet paper she came very fast. The rest of the stay was not great rude customer service from front desk an as well as the restaurants that were in building. We waited 1 he an 30 min for a pizza we were told 30 min.

Was on a vacation with the wife. We were not in the room much. It was ok. Just needed a place to sleep.

The place was ok. I think it needs to be updated.

Where do I start... Well to begin, we arrived and the front desk was slow and the person we got wasn’t really knowledgeable when it came to doing her job in a timely manner. We got the resort fee discounted due to the pool not being available but our friends were given a bigger discount without asking. We had to ask because our friends informed us of the situation. I was happy to see a keurig coffee maker in the room after checking into the hotel but the disappointment came when opening the machine and seeing the filthy water sitting inside of it. I had to call room service for a remote for the television. Had to call again when I found out there was only one towel to use for two people. The mattress was so old that it rolled you to the middle because the springs were wore out. Although the view of the river was nice, this room needed a lot of care. Another guest was in the lobby demanding management due to having bed bugs and was obviously distraught because security wanted to escort this guy out of the lobby. He wanted management and the police. No matter how cheap the room rates may be, I’ll skip this property for my next visit.

Noisy toilet, rusty water coming out of the pipes, no electrical plugs available for charging phone. In general not a very nice room.

There was no housekeeping service. The pool was closed. The coffee maker in my room was broken. The only restaurant open was a Denny's. They tried to charge me to check in 45 minutes early and when i waited, they're check in system was down with no time frame for repair. Finally came back on line after waiting two hours.
