I have thoroughly enjoyed The Venetian every time I've stayed there. The dining options within the Venetian/Palazzo are quite impressive compared to other hotels on the strip, and it's an all-around beautiful property. My only "gripes" are that there is not a refrigerator in the rooms that guests can use, there is not a Keurig or coffee maker in the rooms, and the rideshare pickup location(s) are somewhat confusing, as rideshare drivers are not supposed to pick-up/drop-off at the main entrance.

Liked everything

The Gandola ride made things extra special for my wife and me.

Great facilities

Horrible stay and horrible customer service from ORBITZ

comfortable

The suites are perfectly spacious and amazing. The hotel offers a wide variety of cuisines from different cultures. The facilities are well maintained and clean especially during COVID. The only problem that my family and I came across with are the vallet services, it was closed during the time we are about to check-in in the weekend. Which I would assume that this would be the time they really need to be open, especially if you are with children or with disabilities.

It's beautiful and this is our 2nd time there. It's making it hard for us to try other places because we love everything about it!

Everything was great, the room could have been cleaned better. The soap and shampoos were clearly already used, they should have been replaced especially during COVID.

Loved this hotel. Very clean, staff friendly and professional. The pools were great. Casino was great, would have liked to have more bartenders on the casino floor. They were few and far between, but very friendly.

I didn’t like when I left my card in room.. it took security 45 mins to come to room.. they need to be there quicker

The amenities

My friend and i stayed in a two queen suit. The rooms and property was absolutely gorgeous. Nice clean and spacious with a huge bathroom and oversized tub. Tthe staff was so polite and accommodating. Even got moved to a suit with a view and granted a late check out no problem. The only two downsides is the food was good, but OVERLY priced for the quality. My friend and I ordered wings, a pizza, a milkshake, a piece of cake, a burger, and a small bottle of wine and it all came out to $270. That was without the tip for the room service. That and I was charged $100 for a security deposit that I was told i would see posted back to my account within 7 days, and I havent received it yet.

Room was nice and clean. Our bell man delivering our luggage was very kind and helpful! Not so good was the phone call at 1am from house keeping waking us up to ask if we needed anything, random person knocking on my door the second night at 4 am waking us up. First day at the pool we arrived early to get chairs in the sun as this is a challenge due to the buildings shading the pool. No one warned us that our towels and belongings would be removed after 30 minutes if you were not tending to them. We went to get breakfast, came back and our stuff was gone. Our chairs were also taken. We then had to find undesirable chairs for the day with no empathy from the pool manager. She told us there was a policy regarding chairs in very fine print on the back of a life guard stand. The second day we did get our chairs however, around noon a baby pooped in the pool and pool was shut down for 24 hours! The life guard told me this was the 3rd time this had happened that week. This was our last day so it sucked. It seems to me they would learn from this and not allow babies in the pool, have a kid only pool. The baby only had a regular diaper on, gross. Pool service was not good. We wold order food and not see it for over 45 minutes as we would have to keep inquiring. My 11 yr old daughter had to leave the pool to go up to our room as she had a feminine ordeal to deal with, the guys who watch the entrance gave her a hard time and asked her how important it was to leave?? They were rude.
