Great location.

It's reasonably priced hotel with an easy tram connection to the Las Vegas Convention Center. I've never stayed there for personal pleasure, but it's a great place for work trips.

Everything was perfect and beautiful place to stay. Only thing was they need a washeteria or something so customers can wash clothes laundry service

Had to wait for a smoking room until the next day. Family members didn't get the room they wanted either. Prices for food outrageous. Gaming limited. Not enough slots. Customer service not very good. Not great for senior citizens or people with wheel chair needs.

Good

Clean hotel, great location.

It was a great location

Hidden resort fee, terrible customer service - could not provide corkscrew, poor water pressure, no coffee in room, room we booked unavailable

a nightmare for checking, they try to charge for not using wifi

Close to everything and nice

Hotel was clean. There was no place to relax outside the hotel. Wished they would have been more helpful with arranging transportation to and from hotel.

STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL

plenty of food options nearby

I will be coming back

The staff was unsupportive in terms of providing an early check-in when i fact we were informed by customer service that this would be done free of charge. Never before have I experienced such indifference towards providing an early check in. Overall the hotel seemed average and overpriced for the price we paid for it.

The room was decent but there was a longggg line to check-in that took nearly the hour. Everything else was going well until we had to check-out, which was also confusing and parking is supposed to be complimentary but our key cards were not working upon exiting the parking structure. So we had to pay for parking either way. Disappointed.

From the moment I checked in I had nothing but problems at this place, the lock on the door was broken, Took over an hour and three trips back-and-forth from my room to the front desk just to get a maintenance guy there to let me in my room. The elevator buttons were broken, the phone in the room was broken, the refrigerator in the room was so cold it froze all of my drinks and there was no temperature setting, the dust and dirt buildup on the air conditioning vents was so thick you couldn’t even see the vent. As soon as I step outside from the hotel there were a number of apparent drug addicts harassing everybody that walked by which felt incredibly unsafe. All in all this is a very very low end hotel on the strip, rooms like this should be less than $100 a night and theyd be lucky if this place was two stars. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was across from Caesars and Caesars shops so that there was an escape from this dirt hole.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any hotel in my 41 years of living.

The room was well kept. We slept very well. We just wished the room is provided with a microwave oven. Overall we had a very satisfactory stay.

nice place, problem with the internet never work, the cleaning service only came once in a 5 day stay, the staff could help me the cleaning and the support to get connected. Its in a great location, you can walk around. The main problem the service.
