Terrific valet service - free, close to entrance, super timely and polite service. Have to walk a bit thru smoky casino to get to elevator (normal for LV). Room was spacious; no coffee maker (had to request one be delivered); no safe in room; mattress was worn and dipped in a corner; shower head was extremely low-flow or clogged; room was my longest walk ever from elevator (request a low room number).

Very nice Hotel and Casino, Employees from the hotel are very friendly and respectful,

My linen were not changed and I was biten by something. Don't know what but I had three bites on my arm and one on my neck and one on my chest. 5hey were red and swollen

The room was nice and clean. The only downside was the pillows. There were like rocks. Bring your own pillow and all will be good.

Affordable prices in both gambling and dining and free parking

Definitely needs some renovation. There are two elevators to take you to hotel rooms. Always one of them were out of order. The gym was small with old machines and all together not appealing. Bathroom didn’t even had hooks for towels. The bed covers are not anything as the pictures show.

It was a very mediocre setting. There was not even one single hook in the bathroom to hang your towels. The room and furnitures, walls, everything looks well used up.

Staff was extremely rude. Room had a funny smell. Wouldn’t recommend

well satisfied with hotel and room casino and services

Good AC. Nice updated and clean room. There are lots of amenities here too. Big food court, movie theater, bowling alley and arcade.

Elevators to hotel rooms were dirty with cleansing wipes thown in the floor. This was over a full day. Leticias was great!

The service at the hotel is no good the never clean my room and i call a room service and they never show up terribly service
