Everything was great except my balcony door didn’t open and had a really great view of the strip and wanted to enjoy my mornings out on the balcony.

I like that this is a suite property, has valet parking only, has a nice bar (Stir) and restaurant (Kilowatt) and a spa. It's quiet, the staff is very helpful, and it's very close to the Strip, next door to the Tuscany and Ellis Island.

Very spacious room with full kitchen but the kitchen was not required so we paid for facilities not needed. Spa area was nice but only wet sauna no dry sauna. Indoor/outdoor pool was a welcomed feature. Property was clean and well maintained. Hotel was valet parking only, no self parking. The Orbitz info ad on the property showed it with both self parking and valet. This needs to be updated. No business center and the only computer for guest use was in the foyer next to the elevators and it was off-line the one time we tried to access it. Staff was friendly.

The property is old. Even though the parking is free, the attendant will ask for tips every time you go out to get the car. What’s the point? It’s basically not a free parking. Check in time is super late and check out time is super early. I would say stay away from this hotel. Might as well go to other M hotels on strips. At least you can park free at all the M resort hotels as long as you stay at one of them.

Spacious suites. Decent decor. Customer service needs a some work. I walked to to front desk to check in. Two female workers were talking as I stood in front of them waiting to be helped. They did not greet me initially, they just kept talking. I expected at least for one to say “ Hello, we’ll be right with you”. Once I was acknowledge one of the ladies did say “Sorry, how may I help you?”. Overall the hotel needs better TLC. Room doors upon entrance are dirty. Furniture stained. Refrigerated was not cleaned thoroughly. Food wrapper on the floor under the coffee table. Coffee table had dried up drippings of something on the side. Hair in the bath tub. This could really be a very nice hotel if they had better attention to details. The little things can also make or break an experience.

Love Valet parking, the spa was an exceptional experience, and my room was very large and cozy.
