Amazing room and view

The safe in my room never worked. We tried calling the front dest many times theoughout or stay and no one picked up. There was no obviou person to talk to downstairs in their lobby area because they only had options to check in/out. Even those were kiosks.

It was a hassle to get checked in. Took over an hour. We were told that they didn’t have the room that we reserved with a king bed. 3 times they gave us keys to a room that wouldn’t open the room. Finally they did upgrade us to a room that had a king bed. The pool area was disappointing. You had to pay to use a lounge chair by the pool. The stay was good other than that.

I loved that it was near everything and right in the middle of the strip.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. When we went to check in, there were no human beings, just kiosks that looked like ATMs. The rooms were dirty. The hallways were dirty. We chose this hotel for the pool which was filthy filthy dirty. They were hairballs and fingernails and food everywhere all over the pool deck. My husband spoke to the pool manager who said they never clean the pool even though he wants to they won’t let him. Whatever that means. They were supposed to be a surfing machine but it looked like it had been broken for a very long time. I have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay in my life. We chose this because we have teenagers and I thought this would be a fun hotel for them. We spent most of our time walking around getting away from our hotel because it was so disgusting. Even our non-smoking floor was a smoking floor. Everything about this place was a disappointment.

They charge me $37 dollars for parking per day, when I call them u told them that the parking and wifi was included in my reservation, they told me that I make the reservation thru Orbitz not them. Extremely rude. Not coming back to that hotel, I never ever complain to Orbitz

Liked the shopping and restaurants but this hotel allowed public access to all floors to the hotel. And out of 8 people not one person came home with any money$$$$.

Great location!

The hotel is very big. One could almost get lost. The beds are extremely comfortable and the rooms are nice.

Planet Hollywood was definitely a hotel I will recommend to others! It was clean bathroom was huge! Everyone was very friendly!

Express checkin was a joke, it didn't work. Someone had to help. Only one person at the front desk helping all the checkins. Floors were not clean and vending machines didn't work. Parking is free, but elevators were not working at any level so there was decent walk in ~110 F.

you pay a lot of resort fee for nothing

There was no shade at the pool and no person greeted us when we arrived, just a machine. Loved that it was attached to Miracle Mile Shops. Loved the shower, Mountain View from our room and the awesome body lotion

It was clean, the beds were comfy and the view was great!

I didnt really see anything unique. Not sure why its called Planet Hollywood.

The property was nice and clean. What I didnt like there wasnt anyone there to check you in or out. They had a person but they just pointed you to kiosk. I can say the person did help after I had to check out and back in during my stay. It was the way it was booked through Orbitz. She did help with my new keys. The other thing I didnt like was housekeeping. They only came and cleaned the room once. I asked for extra towels. I wasnt given any. They didnt come take out the trash. If they wasnt going to clean the room they should have asked. The other problem I had was the pool, it closed at 5 or 6 thats too early. Should have been open longer. The heat is too much to be out in the afternoons, thats why the pool should be open longer. You can get heat stroke during their hours. I enjoyed the hotel just some points I didnt like.

Nice place to check in because its in the middle of the strip

Nice casino, nice room, decent food options. Smells fine. I personally would not have chosen the giant picture of a shirtless dude just outside the bathroom, but maybe that is your thing.
