Understaffed and long lines.

The Paris hotel is lovely both inside and out. The Eiffel tower is spectacular to see. We were unable to ride it though due to it being closed because of the heat. There are many food options, prices are comparable to other hotels and restaurants in Vegas--expensive. The Casino was expansive, smoky like most of the others we ventured into. It was a fine stay at a pretty hotel. I doubt if I'll ever go back to Las Vegas, but I'd not hesitate to stay there again if I do.

The only issue was that many bar’s restaurants and stores were not open.I realize with Covid and the staffing issue that things are difficult.other that our stay was perfect.

Had difficulty getting WiFi service in our room and on the property.

Overall it was nice setting a little dark in hallways going to room areas.

very nice

Bad experience with check in, changed rooms twice and had to pay upgrade fee for a room that I was not looking at a rooftop.

LOVE THE DECOR

Hallways are dark and creepy. The place needs a fresh paint. Building looks old, not even usb plugs in the room. Pool hours are ridiculous 9:00 am to 4:00pm, check-in is at 4:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am (Unable to use the pool)

Checking in was a pain. Long lines and not a staff member in site. Only machines. My room was dirty and fake rose pedals from who stayed there before. Also my fridge was broken and they brought up a big one that took up room

Pot smoking and homeless people everywhere. Was shocked at how bad Vegas has become since they legalized pot. Hotel was poor. Pool and gym close at 5 and 4pm. You pay a resort fee with no benefits. WIFI is poor in room. No coffee in the rooms. Only option is to wait in very long lines in lobby to buy coffee. Vegas is not the Vegas it once was. If going to Vegas, stay OFF the strip to stay safe. Don't stay on strip once the sun goes down. Avoid walking on strip between Paris Hotel and MGM. Multiple pot stores with heavily armed security, drug dealers in the streets, pan handlers all over. Criminals standing around in the shadows.

check in they would not take my husbands credit card . had to put money on daughter's dibit card. you could not pay with cash either. did not get the correct room requested room with tower view. the hotel it self was beautful.

This was my first stay at Paris. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly. We arrived around 11:30am, and we were debating about checking in early. The registration clerk told us that they had a ton of people checking in later that day. It was worth the $25 early check-in fee when we saw the lines later on. Hexx kitchen has an amazing breakfast and Beer Park has a fun atmosphere with great food. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Paris Las Vegas.
