I love this hotel it was amazing and i definitely enjoyed my stay

Miss the old Palms. I opened my closet to find some dudes dirty underwear and sox on the closet floor. There bathroom also had a strong cigar smell. Just overall gross…

The people were incredibly friendly, everything from the lobby to my room was spotless, and the bar had great feel and excellent service.

It was very run down and the hotel and casino were closed and the condo public space and the windows were so filthy you can’t see the view and I paid extra for balcony they locked and it was to dangerous to use !!! I have never given any property this low of a rating I was here 10 years ago and was the sexiest place in Vegas! What happened!

I will stay again

The room was very spacious for the price. Wraparound balcony was very nice, and the amenities were plentiful. The downsides were the room was definitely showing its age. There were cigarette burns on the couch, and the vinyl material was badly peeling off the chairs. The wood flooring was in need of cleaning and polishing. When walking off the elevator, the hallway leading to our room had a very strong odor of marijuana. I get that it's legal in Nevada, but I feel like smoking inside the hotel property should be monitored and or prohibited.

The Palms Place appeared abandoned at first sight. The parking lot was deserted and there was no valet service. Once inside, the room was not very clean. The mattress didn’t fit the bed and the floors didn’t appear vacuumed. Lastly, they have balconies but there isn’t furniture on them.

Close to pretty much everything food activists and the strip

It's so beautiful I loved it but the casino and everything else is closed

I Love how the room was set up , and the bathroom was just beautiful and huge, I love the fact that the toliet was in a separate room, from the shower and the jetted tub. The room itself was all together very spacious and large, I Love the beautiful view of the strip of Vegas that I can see from the balcony or just being in my room when I open the curtains, I personally do not like to eat out very much, I prefer home cook meals, and I love the fact, that they had a lil kitchenette so I was able to cook there, and eat less going out. I wish that they would have had an oven, so my cooking was limited.. Lol... The Staff was extremely Friendly and very Professional, Fast room service. I had few problems when I first got there, but they took care of it right away. They need to work on cleaning the rooms better. They have a Great gym facility there, one of the best I have seen and experience in an hotel so far and I travel a lot and have been to many places. But, Overall I ENJOYED my stay there very much.

There was a foul odor of sewer gas coming from the bathroom terrible stay .
