Very expensive hotel. $31.00 for 2cups of coffee in our room.

(:

All the restaurants

The stay was okay. I had the Standard Room, which was average. Restaurants in hotel was good. Overall, I'll grade it a 6.5

The property had a ton of restaurants which made looking for food convenient. What I didn’t like is the dated pics on the website. It appears as if the pictures of the rooms shown on the website are not what the rooms actually look like. The rooms are slightly dated.

AWESOME LIL SPOT PLENTY TO DO

You pay a resort fee of 170.00. But no coffee maker in room or mini fridge. Oh also no microwave. Staff is not friendly at all. This was our second time to stay and will be our last time. (First time was 10 years ago)

Clean, Friendly, Fun, Good Food, Easy.

Restaurant's only open from 5-9pm. Most people come to vegas for the night life after 9pm

I enjoyed everything

Would go back there in a heartbeat!

Always enjoy our stay there!

The smoke smell in the casino was all consuming. If didn’t matter what time of day or night you walked through. Also, each evening there was 30-50 people waiting in line for elevator. I will never stay at this hotel again. The staff or hotel could not handle the amount of people staying there. It was very disappointing considering Vegas was just opening back up.

N/a

We loved the area and how beautiful the hotel is. Our room was basic and nothing special; however, the staff is so nice and the food is great!

We stayed at NY NY for one primary reason -- the ease of visiting the Nine Fine Irishmen Pub which was, as typical, fine indeed. The food venues were all good, especially Greenberg's Deli. Hotel services were lacking. Our luggage was misplaced for 4 hours and not delivered to our room by the bell staff, and even then not until we complained. The daily "resort fees" charged for basic customer services like self-parking, internet wi-fi, 'access' to the fitness center, etc., are--like much of Las Vegas--a rip-off.
