The pool is nice, but that staff is aweful. Checked our bags with the bellhop and had an item stolen from our bag. Called and they "took a report", but no one offered any solutions. They just pass you from department to department. Also its extremely far from the strip. If you do stay there plan on doing A LOT of walking. Never going back and definitely dont recommend it.

Many issues trying to find out reservation at check in.

One of my favorite Hotels in Las Vegas.

No what i reserved.....they gave another room..

Staff was friendly and courteous. We were always greeted with a welcoming smile. The tram and onsite Avis rental was very convenient. Pools were nice and well kept. The only disappointing thing I can say is recycling was available anywhere on the property.

The resort was nice and clean. The employees were very friendly.

Mandalas bay is amazing the shark reef was very cool

It was so was wonderful that we arrived Early before check in and they had our room Ready!! So nice to get into our room to rest from the long drive. Friendly staff all around. Would come back for sure.

Amazing place just loved it

Really spacious rooms and a spacious bathroom.

Everything

The hotel had a lot to offer but is dated and warn. The rooms have not been updated at all. In room coffee and water was not replenished during our stay. Bath towels are old- our towels actually had the edges torn. Furniture is scratched, dated and in some cases not comfortable such as the couch. This is a nice property location that needs a major overhaul.

The stay was nice enough except for the false advertising at the concierge desk. They listed in their rotating video Banner that the House of Blues has an unlimited $20 drink special with Mimosas or Bloody Mary’s. But the restaurant (on resort) discontinued that special due to limited seating because of the ramping up with Covid. That’s the whole reason we went there for brunch, so it was very disappointing and seems very sketchy for a classy resort like Mandalay Bay.

Price gouging was main complaint. EVERYTHING was overpriced (charge $100 to rent a pool umbrella and $600 for a cabana, $175 amenity fee tacked onto room charge, breakfast for 2 was $73, the list goes on).

Connection to other properties. Stripsteak restaurant was amazing.

.

The in-app early check in process needs improvement. Waited 3 hours to finally get into a room which was not the one we paid for. The person who attended us at the front desk seemed to be disgusted with our presence. But the hotel cleanliness was exceptional.

Their beach pool with waves was lots of fun!!!
