* The MGM Signature cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. However, you can leave your luggage at the front desk either before or after your stay.
* Housekeeping is included in the total price, which includes cleanings before check-in and after check-out. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available on demand for a price.
* The entire building is strictly smoke-free.

Interaction with Guests:
The check-in and check-out is like a hotel. The front desk is available 24/7 for any maintenance issues. The concierge service is available to all guests. The front desk will require a credit or debit card at check-in, but it's only for incidentals (spa packages, restaurant, bar, room service) or damage to the property. If you use a debit card for incidentals, the front desk will place a $200-$300 hold on the card during your stay. This will be released after you check out. At least one person in your group must be 21 years of age or older in order to reserve the room. You will not be given a room key by the Signature staff if you don't have someone who is at least 21 years of age on the reservation.
