We upgraded to a spa suite. It was beautiful. The room was clean and the staff were awesome. I would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay when you visit vegas. Plenty of amenities and dining

One of my best Vegas experiences and during Covid

I liked how the property was clean and everyone is friendly. Mask mandate in the OUTDOOR pool area is over kill, how can you relax or tan with a mask on anyway... the rooms are nice and housekeeping IS EXCELLENT!(: missing basic amenities such as a refrigerator or coffee pot; ice machines are either not here or impossible to find. All in all good stay. House keeping is the best i have ever experienced.

They charge too much for they snacks in the room. Didnt have a refrigerator inside the room.the hotel was good overall...

Great stay ! Great hotel ! Good vibes ! Will be my go to !

Employees willing to help and direct people that have never been to the Hotel. Lack of Places to eat and things to do but, with the restrictions I understand.

It was was ok, a few eatery places was open and so was the tables to gamble

STAFF AND CLEANLINESS We had a great stay at the MGM

I mean I understand it is during pandemic but level up opens from 5pm-9pm. Charged a full resort fee but half the resort was closed. No buffet, no pool, many boutiques closed, and some restaurants closed as well. But like I said it was pandemic year. So it’s understandable.

Staff service housekeeping not to nice only one lady was nice the guy with the waters was not nice snd asking for money when i asked for a water

All the restaurants were closed by 9pm including the food court- so many people were upset there is nothing to eat after 9pm except hamburgers at one location and the line was 50 people long - took over an hour to get food. I know COVID-19 is causing this but where do people get food after having fun ? Other than that it was great fun

Resort fees are ridiculous since it's only for wifi in the room. Thanks to Covid-19 most of the shops, spa, and restaurants were closed. So mgm tell me what the 44.22 a night is really for? That's an astronomical wifi fee

Mgm sucked nothing is open and unless you want pizza or a hamburger your entire stay good luck
