We had a cabana reserved for One day and that was Fun. Pool staff was great and pool grounds were awesome. Easy Check in and check out if you have their app. Stayed in the West Wing which is just ok but the room was clean which is a plus. Stayed their 4 nights and housekeeping only came once which was a negative for me. Overall stay was good.

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms and very nice staff. Using the MGM app to check in, as a room key and checking out was awesome. Never had to stand in line at reception. Not to mention very nice and clean casino and lots of shopping options.

Pool was awesome, the chairs at the pool are horrible, almost all have broken straps and are dark brown so as soon as you sit on one you get 3rd degree burns, check in was not pleasant at all, after trying to do the app was told to go to the customer service desk by a customer service agent on the phone only to be told I couldn’t go to the front desk because it was check out only , and was told at that time I could only check in through the app…told him it wasn’t working and I was prompted to call a number which was their customer service number and they told me to go to the desk, he said I don’t care, mobile check in only!! Great customer service there! The hallway was stained all the way down was pretty nasty, housekeeping didn’t come for two days had to set trash outside room, called customer service and housekeeping and was on the phone 3 times for over an hour each time before o got a hold of someone, I’ve stayed here twice before and loved it which brought me back, will not make that mistake again!

Upon arrival to my room my friend and I found dirty towels hanging from the shower curtain rod, a dirty toilet seat, and a package of ibuprofen on the floor that expired in 2017. The air conditioner doesn’t cool the room below 72 and shuts off during the night while you’re sleeping and during the day when you leave the room because it’s on a motion sensor; MGM Grand front desk staff said they do this to preserve the environment. One night we went without water in our room for several hours due to a burst pipe and the front desk staff acted as if it was no big deal. The only redeeming quality of this property is the pool complex and lazy river; but both are packed full of people and in order to get a seat in the lazy river area you have to wait in line before they open because they only let so many people in. Overall I would advise my friends and family to steer clear of this resort/hotel and I know that I personally will not be back.

I enjoyed our Spa Tower Suite. They put is in a quiet location down the hall and the room was beautiful and had a great view. We loved our jacuzzi. Thank you!

We experienced drain issues on our first day, but hotel staff responded fast and quickly fixed the problem.

It was a very awesome trip but next time I want to stay in a hotel in the middle of the strip so i don't have to walk to far to get back to my room and I didn't like walking past the guys passed out in the lobby but other than that it was awesome

I appreciate the convenience of restaurants, shops & stores being on the property.

We enjoyed the pool, the availability to everything on the strip, and the casno was fun to lose my money in! I wish MGM Grand would follow the lead of Park MGM and go smoke free.

Myself and a few others had questions about checking in. There was an EXTREMELY rude unhelpful man directing us to the app. If you had any questions he couldn’t answer he just snapped back rudely. My phone died and I wanted to know which line I could get in to get a physical key. He snapped at me about charging my phone somewhere, because my room isn’t ready. My was ready and had been ready I just couldn’t use the key through the app, because my phone was dead. It took us almost a hr longer to get in our room. No one else was this rude our entire stay but this guy.

I didn’t like there was no refrigerator nor microwave in the room the tubs to small
