The tv went out at 7 pm and still not working room overall stay not a good experience for the amount paid for a double or back to back booking

Property was very nice staff was great. Alot of things were closed. Maybe because it was middle of week or covid but still a fun time.

The rooms in the pyramid need to be upgraded, there was tape on one of the outer windows.

I liked the cabana rentals around the pool, that was the best part of my stay, everything else is downhill from there. The rooms are literally falling apart, ceilings cracked/bowed, toilet wouldn't flush, dark grime residue stained in the shower, dirty windows, cold rooms with very uncomfortable beds and not enough blankets or pillows. My mother found a cockroach in her room. Had a worker walk into our room, day 2 at 9 am, wake all of us up, scared us as nobody had asked for anything to be delivered, and she did not have anything in hand nor did she go to any other door. The elevators are old, rickety, and very unkept as far as maintenence (panels missing, wiring exposed) and they were very uncleanly. During the week days, all but one starbucks (all the way across the hotel) are closed and so were all the dinner restaurants. We had to eat in the overpriced food court with not so great food options or plan a trip to another hotel in order to eat a better meal. I very much hated the check in process, I had a very rude concierge try to make me go wait in line all over again because of no reason at all. He asked if I was a platinum or gold member, I replied no, he said go back to the back of the line. To which I had to find a manager and asked him why I couldn't be checked-in and he apologized and said that I could check in. So that was a rude waste of my time, while having lots of luggage & others waiting on me for a long period. I would 10/10 NOT recommend the stay here.

I love you guys 🙌🙌 it was good it was my first time staying there and it was awesome 😎

No amenities, not even bottled water. Room was dusty, had to call for room service. Staff was friendly and always trying to help.

The parking was free and easy. Unfortunately during covid the staff has been reduced, therefore the normal doesnt exist

The view was great and the house was sweet and the hotel was very well clean.

I loved it.. although my stay was short It was really clean and nice
