Dining options were expensive and limited; property is at the end of strip so “off the beaten path” for attractions making it a long walk to other dining options, casinos, attractions, etc. Pool was closed for season.

Hotel was clean and everyone was friendly. A lot of things to do within the hotel

We checked in around 6-7 and noticed our room wasn’t cleaned. Dirty towels and trash were still in the room. I believe if those simple tasks weren’t properly done then disinfecting the room want done. Which is absolutely necessary during a pandemic. We alerted the front desk & they said the housekeeper was probably in a rush because they were busy. I asked to switch rooms & they were “sold out” so I asked if a housekeeper can deep clean the room, they also declined because it was after “deep cleaning” hours. They said to give them an hour, they will send a housekeeper to look at the room but they have to finish the other rooms 1st for people about to check in. We went to eat dinner & after almost 2 hrs we asked if our room was ready. The lady said yes. We went in around 9:30pm and nothing was cleaned. Nobody had been in our room. So we asked to speak to the manager. He was so rude with nothing but excuses. He didn’t even want to hear what I had to say. He said they were rushing and behind on cleaning because of short staff & they didn’t expect so many people to actually book at the Luxor. I asked to be switched to another MGM hotel he declined but said he could switch my room. My daughter & I were so exhausted I just accepted. We were so uncomfortable. We felt like we couldn’t trust that this room had been disinfected. I sprayed Lysol around the room & in the bathroom. I was about to shower but saw how dirty it was with dirt and hair while I was spraying it with Lysol!

No microwave in the room. Liked the location of the hotel

The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't care for was the elevator. It's old and outdated.

Luxor is from the outside magnificent. Not so much on the inside. Luckily I stayed in the towers, the pyramid looked and smelled even worse. Bring comfortable shoes as well, there is about a quarter mile walk to get out of the hotel. The staff tried to be friendly, but their system is unorganized. I used a mobile key which only worked for about an hour. Being locked out of your room after walking a mile with things in your hands, only to have to go down stairs and wait 45 minutes in line for a key when you are already residing there is devastating. The hotel was just ok. Aside from the price and location, I wouldn’t stay or suggest the Luxor.

Able to check in via phone avoid lines during covid times

Very nice hotel. We would stay again. The room we were in in the east tower was quiet and comfortable.

Room was different then pictured in orbitz a lot older

The timeshares people and the kiosks workers were like flies and they were way to obsessive

Friendly staff, had a blast staying at the luxe hotel. Only downside is no refrigerator In the rooms!!?

I have always stayed at Luxor but everything has change my room was so dirty when we got there , I waited 4 hours for someone to go fix the TV because it didn’t work ! We didn’t had a trash can inside also the elevator took forever to arrive we had to wait 10-15 minutes to go down the casino

Amazing location for a cheap price. Be aware of having weed odor on floor hallways.

We enjoyed everything....the masks was the only pain in the ass

Took 20 mins to walk from. Car to hotel room. Elevators are very difficult to locate in a maze of hallways

The room was clean and the atmosphere was good as well.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff is courteous and welcoming. Beware if you book a Pyramid room because those are not available as they are only using Tower rooms.
