We had the best time here! We got a 2 room suite. Both rooms were so clean and nice. The rooms were so quiet so you literally heard nothing from other rooms or hallway noise. There was a washer in dryer in our room which was life changing! It was so great to come home and literally have nothing to do but put everything away because all of our clothes were clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need if you wanted to bring food and cook. The pools were so nice. We loved that there were lifeguards and that the pools weren’t rowdy or loud from guests. The perfect place for families! We really liked that there wasn’t a casino or shows in this hotel so there was no reason for anyone that wasn’t staying there to be wandering around. Anytime we go to Vegas we will be staying here! We had a great time!

Pool area was nice.

I really liked the family atmosphere and how clean and spacious our room was. The hotel is definitely family friendly which is why we chose it however it’s quite a ways from the main strip. It would be nice if there were more food options on site. Overall we had a great stay.

Great tropical landscaping and interior decor. There was no bartender on Tuesday evening. Not sure why as there was no sign or indication there would be no bartender. Waited 45 minutes.

The property was great. Staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel was very comfortable and beautiful

Clean & accommodating

Don't be fooled, this property does NOT deserve the Hilton brand name. It is terrible. We tried to get out in the first 10 minutes of being there. Rude, dirty, crowded, loud...no restaurant...tables with bridge chairs...a "marketplace" dumpy cafeteria-type thing. Carpet worn, dirty. AC barely worked. Coffee pot barely worked. No room service, no spa. Tired, grumpy staff. Location in bad part of town...not near anything. Not one good thing I can say about this place. We couldn't find a place to move for the first night. So we had to listen to screaming, laughing, running around neighbors and their kids. No sleep at all. Booked another hotel, moved by 10 am the next day. Would not refund last two nights that were pre-paid. Then as we returned home they had the nerve to bill resort fees for days we were gone, apparently desk supervisor forgot to check us out...even though I insisted on zero balance receipt. Left message with Front Office for Director of Guest Services. Haven't heard from him yet. I rarely write such a horrible review...but it was the worst experience...and I had to pay a lot of money extra to go somewhere else for my remaining days while the hotel refused to give us a refund. Stay away from this place!

Nice hotel. Alittle far from the actions. Bar closed early

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The food was good. The only thing I didn’t like is they didn’t have house keeping it was a extra $40 whenever you wanted them to come clean your room. I never stayed somewhere where they charge you for them to clean your room. It was just bazar to me and that I did not like. But other than that it was a good stay.

The staff as very nice and curious when needed something for the room towels, Cover, to maintenance etc... They got on it right.away and the parking was a plus didn't have to pay extra fees I really didn't have anything negative to say...thumbs up

Gave me a hard time

I loved everything about the property from the suites and pool to the gym and basketball court.

Great nice clean

Loved everything about this hotel

It was great, nothing to dislike.

We’re sorry to hear you had issues during your stay with us and want you to know this is not the type of experience we aim for our guests to have during their stay. We have passed this feedback on to the appropriate departments for correction. We hope you’ll give us the chance to make it up to you in the future should your travels bring you back to Las Vegas.
