Just upset i woke up to a bed bug eating me up at night

Hotel was connected to 2 other hotels so there was plenty of places to shop or eat. We got moved to the royal tower because the resort tower was under construction but they tried to get me to pay for the so called "upgrade" before we got there. In the casino, your supposed to get free drinks if your gambling. I think we only got asked twice if we wanted a drink in Excalibur during our 4 night stay and only got 1 of them. The 1st time the waitress never came back. I would not stay here again.

Not satisfied for the weekend price of $345.00 without coffee maker and refrigerator at least in the room. A/C loud noise. Outdated furnitures chairs and table lamps looks dirty due to outdated and very old. Alarm rings couple of times like 7:30am announcing it was only a test. Not happy and for the price of $345.00 room assigned located in second floor and no nice view.

The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable, but the shower and TV were quite dated. The light above our bed didn’t work and one of the lights in the room didn’t work as well. It was a great stay for the price, however! Also, the pool rocked, only sad that it closed at 7 pm

Staff were not super helpful. Found blood on supposedly a clean towel. Staff member entered our room late at night when we were not in the room.

SERVICE WAS NOT GREAT

It feel impersonal and the staff didn't go out of the way for good service. The property was OK. I wish they had more places to eat and more entertainment

i like everything

this property is very over rated and i did not like that their are no fridge in the room no micro waves it forces you to spend crazy money on things that could be brought a cheaper cost and you can buy plenty of it

I was never told about a down payment before I arrived then I was surprised by a $15 a day parking fee

We upgraded our stay for 15 dollars more which allowed us to be in the royal tower. Then we paid 15 dollars for parking. If you buy the parking at the check in desk instead the kiosk outside, you can come and go and it allows you to park at many other hotels as well. We were able to park our car very close to the entrance and could see our car from the window.

i always stay at the Excalibur when I visit Vegas. My room is always clean and the staff makes sure you have everything you need. It is in a great location to other hotels and Casinos.

They did not have enough staff to handle amount of people from check into valet parking it was a mess. The room was fine except they gave us an ADA room and didn’t even tell us they were giving us an ADA room which would’ve been a courtesyCall mom just all-around sneaky money first no customer service.

Reasonably priced. The hotels need to get rid of the resort fees. They are a rip off.

Pleasant stay

It was a pleasant and friendly visit.

Great experience
