I was disappointed in the condition of the hotel. It is rundown and needs renovations. The pool area was dirty and there was garbage strewn around. The parking garages were filthy and smelled like urine. The hallways and main floor areas had garbage strewn bout and the staff at check in were like robots, unable to answer questions . Did not like the roll of the eyes of a check in clerk when I asked for assistance.

We had a great stay at Circus Circus. It was packed solid with people. They did a great job moving lines, keeping things clean, and being friendly and helpful. The casino is nice but very dated. The rooms are clean and a little dated. There is simply not enough elevators for the amount of people that can stay at the casino. Lines can build up to get on when you’re staying in the far tower. It also feels like quite a trek to get over to the tower. The resort is designed towards families with kids of course so be prepared for many kids. The restaurants lean toward kid friendly too. For me it’s hard to relax with a bunch of kids around so it it was not a place for that. No lounging by the pool or huge water slides they have. The slots were medium loose and it was one of the few casinos that had $10 minimum bet blackjack and poker. Most places were $15 minimum. It was a very budget friendly place that was clean and enjoyable and I would stay there again.

We paid $75 for resort fees and the water slides were down, the pool was filthy and crowded and the water in the pool was murky. Our room had hair on the wall in the shower, garbage from the previous people (starburst wrappers and Gatorade caps). Bobby pins on the counter. Definitely not cleaned properly

Nothing the need to renovate

Rooms are old and run down. No hot water in the room. Staff at check in never advised how to use the elevator and there was not instructions in or by the elevator. Parking was terrible, have to circle for at least 20min each time just to find a spot to park. Valet signs are up and active, but no personnel there to help to assist. called to ask hotel and on hold for over 20mins with no answer. told at check in to check out on tv, but no instructions to do so. Will not be staying here ever again.
