Huge! Love it! Truly does feel like a palace! Just be sure to check your receipt because they will charge you just for opening the refrigerator/bar in your room.

For starters they gsve me a room that when we got up 64 flights wasnt even clean sheets and blankets were all on floor and . Then they moved me to a smaller room after saying the room would be just as big. When it rained it rained inside noone came to put up signs. I requested room cleaning at start of stay. I called everyday. Noone came. We ate in our room. Noo where to throw away trash under bed liners and under couches were so much trash and empty bottles lipstick containers and other stuf... just gross. I had to beg for towels everyday. Horrible but very expensive. I will never re

The pools, great service

I loved being right in the center of the strip. I wish the pools were open longer, they closed at 6 pm.

Shopping

Great location and great shops at the Forum

Very clean room and property at a fair price

The mall

I loved everything about this casino. Absolutely beautiful property!! We will be back!!! Loved my pool view!!!!

Long lines for taxi, long lines for check in, I’d like a complimentary drink when gambling, but apparently I have to go next door for that as your bartenders are penny pinching. You may want to rethink about your guest experience.

Clean and convenient, in the middle of the stripe. The pool was also very nice . Will stay there again. Thank you

Upon arrival our room was not what we had purchased and were told that they couldn’t do anything to help us since we booked through a 3rd party (Orbitz). Once we got to our room, our air conditioning didn’t work properly. It took 3 times to complain before anyone would come fix it. It was so bad, we had to go buy a fan. We purchased a day bed at the “private “ pool to enjoy one day. The pools filtration system was broken, so the pools water level was low, and the pool was filthy. Several people complained, but were told they were doing the best the could. Not what you would expect when “paying extra “ for a private pool. Since the pool was broken, the lifeguard was in the pool with a net the whole time trying to keep it clean. This meant that there wasn’t anyone monitoring the pool for people who weren’t allowed in this pool, so it became a public pool lime the others. On our way to checkout from the room, our son realized that he left something behind. We still had an hour before we had to check out. When he got upstairs, housekeeping was already in the room, and he was told he could not enter since we had vacated the room already. Mind you, we still hadn’t “checked out” of the room. These are just a few of the issues that we encountered during our 5 might stay. Overall, the resort was terrible! I would look elsewhere to stay.

Late, Late night dining options were limited. Lacked a good breakfast restaurant inside venue. Other than that, lovely place to stay.

Checking in was a bad experience. Waited in a long line for them to tell me that our room was not ready yet and they would call me when it was. Waited another 4 hours and still no call. Went back to ask what was going on and they gave me no answer as to why I never received a call. Then checking out I received a text with a link for express checkout which did not work. Went to a kiosk to check out which did not work either. So I had to get into a long line just to check out. Once I approached a front desk employee and he simply put his finger in my face to imply for me to wait while he was laughing and chatting with a coworker. I honest expected more from Caesars.

luxe feel and ambiance, love it!

For the price rooms can be nicer and the rideshare pick up/drop off is joke

Easy check in and check out very clean rooms
