Overall property look nice, however i cant imagine myself booking this hotel again. Hign end resprt so expecting its better than that. First of all, there is no aloha spirit when coming in this island comparing to Oahu, you wont see people wearing lei in every places, people doesn't look friendly and happy working there. there is nothing special about this hotel that I could recommend. Checking times waiting till 4:30pm and you still didnt get the room, the serice desk is so slow during lunch and checking time, workers around the resort look mean and not helpful at all. Hotel only has 2 restaurants that open and the food is not great at all, have to taking shuttle to the downtown for dinner. (Free shuttle to downtown is a plus but the a fee drivers is not so friendly too) the beach is close by but the current is so strong and water could be so deep so dont recommend to stay here if you have small children. So far very expensive trip but not so happy. Went to Oahu and pay 1/8 of the hotel price and still feel much better over there than here.

The property is lovely! The service to requests was outstanding! The Villa was plenty large and everything in working order. It was a little older establishment but well maintained. The view we had was listed as ocean view. That’s the only thing I have to disagree on. Only if we leaned way out from the first floor balcony, could we see a small slice of the ocean. Oh well, the trip was amazing and snorkeling from this establishment is really good!

We absolutely loved the pools, live music, boardwalk and everything in between. We WILL be back here no doubt. What a beautiful place.

It is a tough time to travel to Hawaii due to covid restrictions with dining. The all inclusive only had two restaurants open, and it was good the first time then just became a gut bomb. That made it hard since we have two little ones. Other than that, awesome.

liked the property, didnt have much good food to offer on property

Everyone who stayed here was complaining. I stayed here before and had a great experience, but I would not come back - ever. I paid for an upgraded room that was supposed to be ocean view. I checked in at 1:00 a.m. with kids and was upset by were the room was located. I was on top of the pool pathway my room looking into the slide. It was really loud and also I could not keep any of my blinds open without a group of people seeing right into my room. Plus, no "ocean view"... I complained multiple times and they told be because of COVID they could not move me. Despite my friends being able to move. With all the "extra" fees it came up to A ton of money for a room that was loud and one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The area was overall dirty and the halls had leaves sitting there for over a day piled up in front of my room and never vacuumed. Also, all the little things were missing and customer service was horrible. Such as, I ordered coffee because they removed the late bar. They ran out of milk for coffee and never replaced it. Although there is a store 40 feet away selling milk. If you order an expensive lunch at their restaurant expect to fully serve yourself. I get we are in a pandemic and everyone has to be safe, but there were times where it was just really bad customer service. For the price I definitely recommend staying somewhere else.

Poor communication with staff regarding an issue regarding our room where a pipe was leaking and flooding the carpet. We were forced to change rooms 3 times in 3 days. We spent more time having to come back and change rooms versus enjoying our vacation. Staff didn’t seem to care about the inconvenience.

The perfect vacation for our family of 4. Both our kids (1 & 4) loved all the pools and kids activities. It is close to the beach and snorkeling. The free shuttles were very convenient for getting around and checking out the other resorts.

I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Very beautiful resort. Emily gave a fantastic massage at the spa. Everybody was very helpful. Great location. Just four miles from Lahaina. Whale watching trip through Blue Water Maui was awesome!

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely pools and beach property with lots of snorkeling out front. Good amenities and options to do on site. No pressure at all to "buy" properties or "buy" time shares either.

We stayed in a junior suite which meant we had our own bedroom with a king bed, then had one child in a rollaway, one in the pull out, and the third on an air mattress we brought with us. Tons of room for everyone, full kitchen (with dishwasher) was awesome and paid for itself since we could cook our own food and avoid the high cost of eating out on an island. Grocery store in Lahaina was 2 miles away. Washer dryer in room were super useful - also loved the community gas BBQs. Kids loved the pool and the beach was right there. 5 feet off the beach is amazing snorkeling and we could even spot sea turtles just few feet offshore. Plus you just can't best Maui! Hotel staff was B+ / A- (not the best ever but pretty good). Overall the vacation was an A+!!

Place was beautiful with a laid back vibe. 2 Jacuzzis 24/7, on the beach which is abosutley beautiful. Walk .5 miles towards black rock and you’ll be swimming with sea turtles all day in crystal blue water with nothing but sand underneath your feet.

Unexpected gem on a quick Maui getaway. Spacious suite with comfortable outdoor patio. Huge bsthroom. Full kitchen. Part of a resort, so lots of onsite restaurants and activities (surfing, paddleboarding, etc.) available. Very comfortable bed.

I booked an "Ocean View Studio Room" for my trip with my fiance and it turned out it was only a partial ocean view. Westin should be more specific about the room like Sheraton Waikiki where they it separate "Partial Ocean View" and "Oceanfront".

This was our maiden visit to Maui. There was no staff welcoming, no garlanding or even smiles. There are two main buildings, north and south. We had to wait for 20 minutes before I approached the valet who asked me to go to the south wing (Something which need not take this long). This suggested their lack of promptness. The concierge staff was polite, but could be more efficient (they kept pushing us to schedule a visit to their sister facility which we were clearly not interested in doing). The welcoming was not as friendly, but the staff was pleasant. The rooms are humongous and spacious. The staff very friendly and the place is near the renowned front st (for shopping, most luaus and fun water activities). Mahalo for listening and aloha!
