This place charges luxury prices for motel 6 accommodations. Location/beach access is it's only saving grace. The photos do NOT reflect the actual condition of the property. Run down, dowdy and literally falling apart. There's a reason they dont post their pool pictures. They can't angle that photo enough to cover up the truth. I feel scammed.

Old, smelly, run down, torn carpet, bathroom and kitchen in terrible condition, walk AIr condition old and very noisy. Do not stay or you will be disappointed.

The Rooms were very old. It was about the level of a Motel 6 (and that is an insult to Motel 6). I paid a large amount for this room and is was awful.

Great location. The view from our room was exactly the photo. Bed and linens were great. Bathroom was tiny. furniture was shabby

Well priced for being so close to the beach.

Walls are thin - you can hear everything from the adjoining room. Towels were stained. Bed sheets did not cover the mattress. End of the bed was completely uncovered. Bathtub was full of dirt. AC is so loud you can not sleep. Spend your money elsewhere. Location is great, but it does not compensate for the lack of comfort ability.

The balcony was good. Nothing upgraded. Seemed old. Parking was not good.

It’s usually a great stay. My only concern is the resort fee. It covers the towel, chair, umbrella rental but we couldn’t check in until 4 and the rental closes at 5. Why are we paying for something we can’t even use???

If you are looking for a place to stay for location then this is the place. You only have to walk down 10 steps and you’re on the beach...a nice area of the beach (great sand and waves no rocks in the way). They had beach chairs and umbrellas for you, although if it was high season, you better get there early to get them. Boogie boards were available too, first come first serve. You can bring your own chairs if you want & cooler but you’ll still have to pay the $20/day resort fee. What we loved is that dogs were allowed on the beach, a major plus for us. Grocery store was half a block away & we didn’t drive anywhere the whole time as downtown was 4 minute walk away for shops & restaurants. So perfect location—make sure you don’t get a room on the street side or you’ll hear cars whizzing by all night. Now, if you have to have clean, modern, or spacious rooms, then look elsewhere. The hotel is definitely run down. Rooms are small unless you pay more for a bigger one. Carpet was nasty but what can you expect with people dragging sand in all the time. Was loud—there was a door in ours that led to the suite next door & we could hear every word the people said. We just turned on the fan in the room to create white noise and drown them out but if you’re a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. Don’t know if it was for COVID or not, but they don’t service your room during your stay (I guess you could ask them) so I just did it myself. Room was stuffy & hot. $34/day valet parki

I liked the beach access. I did not like the Valet Parking. It took 30 minutes to get the car.

I LIKED THAT IT WAS CLOSE TO BEACH DIDNT KNOW I COULD BRING MY OWN CHAIRS TO BEACH AND ICE CHEST WILL BE BETTER PREPAIRED NEXT TIME

Nothing really except close to beach Pictures make it seem better than it is

Initial room had the bed broken and no tv service. Second room was noisy and no double beds. Very small. No consideration that we had a baby.

Parking at high extra cost. Other options remain costly and with very limited time. Several buildings set in disorder. Ocean view three - four times vs street view.

It was a very unique experience to stay the night at this hotel in the reef building with a spectacular ocean view. Got there just on time for the sunset and was able to sleep and wake up to the sound of the ocean. Great place for a getaway near the beach!

Location is great, room bed was hard. They didn’t let me c

We appreciate the feedback, It's unfortunate your stay in our hotel didn't exceed your expectations. We regret you weren't entirely satisfied with the additional fee for the resort fee. Frequently our guests are able to check in a lot earlier unless we are sold out, in that case you have still access to the beach the next morning after check out until 1pm to use towels and chairs at the beach. The resort fee also covers the pool & jacuzzi access until 10pm. We care deeply about the happiness and satisfaction of our guests so we'll address all of your concerns with our team moving forward. We do hope you give us another opportunity to share a more positive experience with you soon. Front of House Manager.
