I booked for two nights. Extended Stay contacted me prior to check-in to indicate they were overbooked for the first night. Rather than leave me without accommodation they proactively found me a room at a nearby comparable hotel, made the reservation and picked up the cost of that first night. I was surprised and happy with this level of service.

It was very satisfying. I loved the comfort of the place.

I just needed to spend one night and it worked out well. Only thing missing was a hair dryer in my room, and no one was at the desk to ask about one. I will definitely use them again, if I am in the area. Liked having coffee ready early in the morning. The staff was very nice and helpful. I was starving when I got there and they gave me a number to have a pizza delivered.

Roaches and other bugs in the bathroom made me wish it wasn’t too late at night to leave. Then woke up with sore ribs from the bed springs or coils digging into them because the mattress was so terrible. It was cheap so guess that’s what you gotta go through. Told hotel staff and they acted like they didn’t care

There were a few undesirable activities going on in the back parking lot. Some people coming and going that weren't staying there. Overall it was an ok experience, you get what you pay for.

Extremely disappointed all around the hotel staff one of them was so rude to me and embarrass me so much I will never B able to forget that

Overall pleasant experience , could use a little better direction to location

You get what you pay for. Bring any pans, plates and utensils if you want to use the kitchenette. Full size fridge that was actually cold was nice. For the money, it suited my needs.

The room was supposed to be non smoking. It may have been, but since the room hadn't been updated since the 70's, it reeked of smoke.

The staff is friendly. The hallways reek of stale smoke. Constant door slamming during the night from lobby to hallway. A simple quiet close attachment would cost 15 bucks. They dont care. Cheap price...cheap hotel. Never again.

We used this hotel for lodging during a family gathering of several days' duration centered at a home nearby. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet and the staff was cheerful and helpful. I missed having a quiet place to read or write located elsewhere in the hotel besides our room. There were soap and towels, iron and ironing board, and enough cooking utensils, etc. But few other amenities, such as a hair dryer and shampoo, were provided. I would stay there again because our basic needs were met and the location was good.

[...] said it had a fitness room - NOT TRUE. Unfortunate, since this was my primary selection criteria. I only stayed one night (visiting someone at Park West Hospital). The kitchen was very usable - if you're planning a long stay you'll be able to cook fine - full size frige, stove, microwave, etc (Note - I did not notice how well the kitchen was stocked (pots, pans, etc.). Room for just two though. Only a recliner, no sofa. Room was compact, and only had about 5-6 hangers in the closet.Don't expect flat screen TVs or fancy new beds. The TV was older than me (and I ain't no spring chicken). All the diesels firing up at 6:00 AM was not fun - I was on west coast time. I slept fine on the thin, firm mattress, but most probably would not. I did not hear any TV noise - thin walls are sometimes a problem in hotels of this price range. It's a little hard to find, turn before the light & before the Big/XL Mens clothing store (If turning right from Kingston Pike). Carpet was on its last legs. Location is a little creepy. If you're traveling with the significant other - drop a few more bucks and stay somewhere off the Cedar Bluff Exit.
