Wide selection of buffet options for breakfast and lunch.. a 24/7 cafe so food needs are always met.. nice pool to lounge.. quiet yet in the middle of it all.. costly taxi fares

The hotel’s central location and views are very appealing. Great staff and very clean accommodation is refreshing

Friendly staff. Hotel centrally located to resturants and shops and night clubs. A truly friendly place to rest and relax. Also I felt safe on the hotel's property.

My stay was ok. The room was very clean and the housekeeping staff Corohna was excellent, very friendly, courteous, warm personality and very polite. She did a wonderful job in her cleaning. The room was not equipped with a microwave which I think should be mandatory and the prices for meals were very high. Breakfast was exceptional, very wide varieties to chose from each day. We could not buy anything from outside and have left overs because there was no way to warm it up in the room. We were told if we needed to get something warm up we will have to take it to the cafeteria which is nonsense. The television facility was worthless, it mentioned that there was Starz, Cinemamax available which was not true there were only two HBO channels. While in the middle of watching something, the channels were just shifting from one to another and then it will tell you go to a certain channel to watch a program and that is not the case. It was really not what we were expecting.

Very good, everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellen. Ms. Jackie was very helpful and my sister and I feel welcome and at home.. Very good visit and stay

What I like about the hotel are, that it felt homely and that it was very close to emancipate park which is lovely. not much shopping around there. The staff were very nice. My only con was about the breakfast. I don't believe it was fresh on the last day of my stay, resulting in me getting a bad stomach virus.

Food was was amazing overall the hotel is beautiful however there was a sewage like odor As soon as you entered the room & in the hallway as well but I'll still visit again.

I believe this hotel is a bit overpriced. There is nothing really spectacular about the room as there wasnt a microwave and for the price paid per night i believe i shouldve been given a microwave at least. The leaky shower was the other thing. The shower design was awful as it allowed water to reach on the outside thus making it a recipe for a fall etc. There was no bath tub in the bathroom for the price paid. I believe the listing price needs to be reduced to avoid the hotel image being tarnished as when i was told the walk in price i was charged more than double when i booked online. Was expecting something grand or lavish but was left woefully disappointed. I believe they should mark clearly where you can go from the ground floor to take the stairs to your room. The room keys are needed to operate the elevator and that is bad as i entered and had the room keys near to my cellular phone and it wouldnt work in elevator. Started to panic as the instructions were not clear enough on what to do when you have no working keys or no keys at all. I pressed various buttons and elevator wouldnt move. Then i started panicking and stopped pressing out of fear. It was only when someone else called the elevator that i was shown the button to open the door as it was ofcourse the only button which worked without a key.

Pegasus Hotel needs an urgent renovation. Location is OK, but rooms are old and outdated.

The hotel rooms and banquet hall are dated. The rooms are very old and in need of renovation. The lobby, restaurant, snack bar and pool areas are nice and bright. The wifi was non-existent except for the lobby area. The food was good.

I love this place. It is amazing. Greta place live te view and everything.

I was not impressed. The price was high and i had an impression it was an old hotel. South of Jamaica is not very touristy, so I don't expect to fin the same amenities, but for that price yes.

Would Stay there again on The Royal Club Floor

Just one word (Super)

The hotel was in a great location and the stay was great. The enviroment was quiet and clean.

When I arrived at Hotel I found out that my second reservation was cancelled by ORBITZ without any notification....I tried to find an e mail or tel number to contact ORBITZ....It is not there....I cant deal with Orbitz again as impossible to work this way. C Boak

I am very disappointed, the service the Pegasus Hotel provided was unsatisfactory, unfinish & defective.I would never recomend anyone to stay at this hotel the room that I was assigned was very dirty and disgusting I had to complain to the so called general manager i was moved to the 10th floor wich was just a little better the hotel staff were so unprofessional it was such a turn off staying at the Pegasus Hotel I could not wait for the time to be up i was so depress. I had a terrible time in I would never ever recomend anyone to this hotel
