I think its too expensive too expensive. Its no way worth the money. Its too much .its in the new kingston area but its not worth. I was disappointed. I upgrade to a balcony and i laughed the room are just as small . There is accommadation for guest who needed to check at 630 for breakfast. So i cannot tell about breakfast. But i will not go there again if don't have to . .

The property was cleaned, the staff was friendly, kitchenette style washer and dryer overall stay was pretty good.

There are no tissues available in the units, just toilet paper. There are no outlets in the bathroom that actually accommodate the hair dryer they provide. Things look badly painted and in need of touch ups. They don't allow guests to indicate when they want their rooms made up, if they want that service at all. There are no trays to hold room service food so that the plates don't leave watermarks on the wooden tables.

I like the big beds. But dis nor like the stains on the sheets and I did not like the shower.

They were all wonder. The restaurant staff was..... They were just amazing awesome. My first time in Jamaica with my fiance and the staff of the hotel and restaurant made it such an awesome, amazing experience. Their hospitality was 110%. My fiance was empressed with coming backing to his country and was treated with so much respect. I could go on and on about how wonderful everything was. I will some just some it up by saying we found a hotel where we will become regulars at.

I dint know this is a New Hotel. But decoration is really nice and the staff friendly. Please keep like that and U will se me here 2 time in a year.

Staff was very polite and professional. A+ The hotel is in a soft opening phase and they advertise the pool and restaurant are open. In fact they are not! services onsite are limited. They actually showed me bottles of wine and they could not figure out how to sell them.... big tease... We had to send drivers out to get pizza and burger king and eat in the room as it is unsafe to go out at night. If you are thinking of going to Kingston.... Don’t! If you must go, stay in one of the top branded hotels with food onsite and don’t fall for The false advertising of the R-hotel. You will end up hungry and sober.

I like the Staff . Great customer Service . Centrally located to the business center in New Kingston. New - 3 mths old so the soft opening offers ride to restaurants. Juta drivers are just awesome... John was my driver.

Good Day Mr Brett, Thank you for staying with us and thank you for your review. During your stay the restaurant and pool were not operational as there was an unforeseen delay and should have opened two days before your arrival. Since the restaurant was not opened the R team offered complimentary VIP transportation to all the best ( Italian, Greek, Mexican etc) restaurants in Kingston. If a meal was delivered to a guest then their room at the time would be the only place to dine as there wasn't any restaurant. Mr Brett I am pleased to inform you that the restaurant is now open and our guests are immensely delighted. I understand that you were interested in one of our wines and the one you selected unfortunately was the only wine not priced at the time, my sincere apologies. If I was aware of this issue I would have given it you complimentary along with the compensation you received. Yes the hotel is in its soft opening and although has faced some challenges as expected, has received recognition and interest from other top branded hotels in Kingston. This can only happen if the management team and staff are serving our guests with excellence. Good Day Sir/Madam, Unfortunately the rooftop restaurant and lap pool isn’t opened as yet. However, Management send a pre- arrival letter informing our guest once a reservation is booked that the restaurant isn’t opened as yet. We provide free transportation to any restaurant located in Kingston and continental breakfast is served via room service. My apologies if a letter wasn’t sent to you and hope that you will visit again in the near future to experience all the hotel has to offer you, our valued guest.
