Location was amazing, truly a ski in ski out! Staff was very super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was perfect with delicious food and extremely convenient.

If your looking for a standard hotel room with ski in/out access, this property is fine. Property is dated and offers few amenities. No elevator means u must schlep bags up 2 floors. Restaurant food is very average.

TV not work. No in room amenities. Very noisy. Shower scalded every time another room used cold water

we were very late to check in it was 11ish, but we found the key and checked in with no problem. Room was clean and neat. BUT, the air conditioner was mounted in a seriously uncomfortable place! location was 2 feet from the side of the bed, blowing directly at my HEAD!!! I piled pillows up on the bed to direct the blowing away, it helped some. but i was so tired and relived to lay down and sleep it became a very low priority.... But i suggest you mount it on the other side of the windows frame, It would be perfect....

Seems to be mismanaged! Or no management at all?!

Thank You Sherrill for your review of our hotel. I'm sorry your night with us was an uncomfortable one. We will take your recommendation into consideration and discuss with the Maintenance Dept for possible movement. We are in process of doing some much needed updates to our hotel and we invite you back to see the process this fall. Thank You Sugarloaf Inn/ Shipyard Brew Haus
