They can certainly improve their breakfast options. No waffles, no

The hotel smelled wonderful walking in. The common areas were clean and well lit. Dislikes - no room cleaning unless youre there a week - had to ask for towels every day - a broom to sweep the room but no dust pan - found an open sugar packet behind the bed and ants in the room. One of the beds did not have a mattress cover on it. For the price of the room you would expect very clean rooms when you arrive, however that is not the case. There was sand on the floor when we got there and the above sugar packet and ants. Overall it was okay but the front desk staff did not tell us there was no housekeeping. It also doesnt tell you when you book as far as i saw. Disappointed in that fact.

Oh my goodness. So wonderful! We will be back.

The rooms and property are really nice. The staff were helpful but some lacked professionalism. Loved the pet friendliness, but if you don’t like dogs you should probably stay somewhere else. The only negatives were that our room was not ready at our check-in time and we had to wait almost two hours, after which we had to make our own beds. I realize they were not doing daily cleaning but it would have been nice if they at least made the beds initially. It kind of made me wonder if the room was even cleaned that well at all. The worst thing about this hotel was the breakfast; it was very disappointing for a hotel this nice…low quality foods and few options. Overall, I would recommend it if you need a small, pet friendly suite close to the beach.

Nice modern property. Room was large and well kept. Partial ocean view is a reach, as you have to lean against the window to really be able to see the ocean. Save the money and just get a standard room. The towels were the worst of any of their properties, and really the only complaint. Was like drying with sand paper.

Gorgeous hotel! Very clean, quiet, and right next to a public beach access. Will be staying here again!

The property was good and had everything you’d need, great location, but the noise from the room above was not great. Halfway through our stay a family with kids moved in and sleep was no longer an option. If you’re a heavy sleeper, or manage to get the top floor, this hotel may be perfect for you.

The staff was wonderful. The room was large and luxurious. We enjoyed having a small kitchen in the room. The morning hot breakfast was very good.

The facilities were 5-star as was the courteous and attentive staff. I was extremely impressed with every square inch of this lovely property, its well-appointed rooms, its full gym and heated pool, and the delicious free breakfast.

Very nice, much newer hotel than other out on the island. Can't beat the rate for the amenities and location. Room was wonderful and so was the breakfast. Will be staying here again next time we are down in this way.

I really loved that every room is pet friendly. We are usually confined to a couple of rooms at a hotel but this place allows dogs in every room. There was a dedicated pet potty spot with trash bags and a trash bin in a handy location. I thought I saw that the room included a stove and oven, but only a stove top was in the room. Nice to have a place a to cook or heat up leftovers. The bathroom was nice with a great walk in shower. The bed was comfortable if a little hard. GREAT view of the ocean!! Would have loved a balcony or even a way to open the windows to get some fresh ocean air. Breakfast was good with enough variety to satisfy most people. I eat keto and so the eggs and sausage were greatly appreciated.

New hotel everything looks nice and new. Breakfast was decent standard bagels, eggs, sausage and waffles. However, only one person working during the breakfast time which makes it hard for the employee to keep up with demand. Walk to the beach is through public access, it’s a 5-10 minute walk but they will be opening their own walkway by next year. Great location, lots of places to eat nearby. Grills looked new and eating areas were clean and pretty

It’s brand NEW!!! Opened first of July 2019.... the poor staff up front is overworked but did a fabulous job despite nasty customers and a completely booked hotel. It’s right across from the the beach and walking distance to ice cream and pizza. The room is completely stocked ! It’s fabulous. Nice comfortable bed and full kitchen. Pool was small but kids liked it. Pool is indoor ...weird for a beach but whatever ...parking was easy and we brought our two dogs and they were wonderful with them. We ate dinner at we got crabs was delicious.
