Loud refrigerator noise. Shower head height too low. Awkward to shower in such a small cubicle

First time staying at this motel. Older facility but it was fine.

We were forced to rent another room as we tried to fix all the problems with the room as listed below however, we were unable to do so. I liked Nothing at all about the property as spiders in room, foul septic tank odor inside room that would not go away, no staff assistance after midnight even though they SAW we needed assistance. Old bone left inside closet with ants surrounding-still no help from the staff. The towels were supposed to be white but were a yellow dingy color did not look clean, shower curtain very dirty yellow mold all over the curtain, paint peeling in shower enclosure. Request a FULL REFUND as we did not stay at this property and the management confirmed we did not stay at this property on 7-25-19 and agreed to the full refund after Orbitz contacts them. Please resolve this problem immediately with a full refund for the night we did not stay.

Breakfast was nice. Enjoyed the coffee and hot food.

Old, gross, dirty and very smelly!!! If it weren't so late we would have left. There were many spiders in the room. It was freezing when we arrived. I couldnt sleep neither could my husband. The thought of complimentary breakfast made me sick! No way it could have been made sanitary if the rooms were that bad. We left as soon as we could. My daughters hair smells like the nasty sheets. Never ever will we ever stay here again. Id rather drive a 100 miles in the middle of the night then stay here again. This place needs to be demolished or renovated and taught how to properly clean a room. Murder motel or Horror motel is a better fitting name.

Glad it was a first floor room. Motel had very small toilet and the floors weren’t level

It was small and away from the Main Street that runs through Keystone. The clerk was friendly but the room was unconventional. It was a shotgun setup with a box tv. Only 10 channels to choose from and WiFi was spotty and unreliable. The breakfast was from 6-9am with decent choices. There are other hotels that are nicer to stay at. from. We needed a place to sleep which is what we got.

An old facility that needs updating. Walking distance to restaurants and bars.

Very big rooms and clean. Breakfast was very nice also, great selection.

Concerns 1. Exposed wires at ceiling with missing light fixture 2. Shower curtain hooks didnt slide easily on rod 3. Bedding worn 4. Grass outside door weedy and long

The only good thing about it was getting free breakfast.the t.v. was so old didn't have a remote control

Slept OK - Lack of Shampoo and Soap - Air conditioner not able to change settings - Cable channels were few or blacked out.

Great location. The staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Older hotel but worth the money.
