"Such a beautiful place!!!! The property covers a lot of land in key west and we enjoyed seeing everything it had to offer. The entire staff was wonderful and helpful. "Location is great. Place is very clean and well kept. Staff does not seem to be very friendly or welcoming (except for girl at reception area). "We loved the location close to Duval Street and the waterfront area. Lots of restaurants closeby. Key West isn’t very crowded now so no oroblem finding free parking within a block of the hotel. "Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hard to rate amenities during COVID. Pools were nice and not crowded. Room was clean, but very small. If you don’t spend a lot of time in your room, good deal.very few parking spots available, a few on site and a few a couple of blocks away. All require nightly charge. "We love Tracy, minor issue with room at check in he fixed it ASAP. Free shuttle, great food, loved the tortoise exhibit, the birds and the iguanas!
