The restaurant and bar were closed we would not have switched hotels if they told us that very unhappy

Hotel was outdated. Pool restaraunt and bar closed ar 9 tv couldnt get clear channels. Asked 3 straight days for fresh pool towels never got. Ac couldnt keep room cool.

Staff was very friendly!

Cute place, but not friendly for visitors with mobility issues. You can not access the pool, office or most seating at the restaurant without stairs involved.

This is our new favorite hotel in the US. Almost all rooms open out onto a deck and onto the sand, directly overlooking the bay, with hammocks and really relaxed vibe. Biggest plus were the animals, including lots of ibises and iguanas. Plus they have about 10 tortoises and 10 (nurse) sharks which guests can feed as well. Hotel is made of coral so super quiet inside and no noise between rooms. Rooms were airy, bright, clean, well appointed. Only two tiny negatives: Rooms had two double beds (we prefer a queen), and because the deck of the room was so nice, we tended to just sit outside and talk. But other guests drinking or smoking wasn't to our taste (and beyond the hotel's control). Good pool. Good jet skiing and other activities on site (for a fee). Free breakfast (included on arrival when you pay the tourism fee). Ideal for families with kids and anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing, hammock-based vacation.

The good: The hotel was right on the water. My kids loved the shark feedings and visiting the turtles everyday. The pool was nice, but closes too early. We enjoyed the shuttle service a lot. Loved the hammocks at each room, however we got unlucky and got the only room that didnt have a hammock in front of it The bad: The room could use some updating. Our front door was jammed and it was hard to open. I had to have my husband open it everytime i wanted to get out. The sliding door was jammed too. They sent maintenance to fix it and he was able to get it to slide a little better with wd40, but it ended up jamming right back up. I also got a There is also mold/mildew growing in the tub/ bathroom. The breakfast could have been better. The milk didnt stay too cold and was sour. My 4 yesr old ate a bowl of cereal before i realized it. The meat and cheese table also isnt kept very cold and the flies get in there, so we just stuck with bagels. Overall, the hotel was nice but needs a bit of updating.. I wouldnt have been so annoyed about all of these things, had I not paid an arm and a leg to stay there.

I line the good services

Room was small but clean. Basically a bed, bureau, small fridge and bath.

Included breakfast was nice. Stoned Crab restaurant had great Key Lime Pie. Room door was substandard -- hard to open and shut. Man-made beach was only good for sunbathing -- didn't want to go in that water with all the rocks and seaweed. However, we didn't find a good beach anywhere on the island. Rented golf cart was old, noisy, bad breaks, and a really rough ride on downtown streets. The shuttle to downtown was convenient.

As I was checking in, there was a lady that had a small complaint and the owner personally came out and handled it immediately. When I stepped up to the desk, Eddie was more than helpful; polite, and efficient, plus he arranged a parasailing trip for my daughter and I within 10 minutes of my arrival. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit!! Bonus: the bus saves a ton of money on parking; that is, if you can find parking, plus the driver was very patient and helpful

No uniqueness. Night manager was very unfriendly. Had no maners or professionalism. Never would set foot again.

Claudine at the front desk was such a nice and helpful person. We'd like to go back almost just because of how great she was. The free shuttle into town was also great as was the tortoise farm and Lexi the mawcaw. The pool is a good size with the restaurant and bar right up to the pool area. Did i mention Shark feeding? In all, we are going back for new year.

Very late check in ! We arrived at 3,30 and the room it was ready at 4,30 !

The hotel is connected to. The Stone Crab restaurant and it also has rental water sports and a bar. Easy access to local shopping center just walking distance.

pool was nice, the free shuttle to town was great

Take a moment and relax,on a very laid back lifestyle, in the portion of paradise on this remarkable land, filld with history and absolute adventure!! Embrace yourself….

I absolutely loved the pool. It was perfect. The area had enough loungers. The best part of the hotel was its bus service to downtown Key West. It saved the cost of cabs as well as very close points to attractions such as Hemingway House and Mallory Square, as well as restaurants and shops. It was dependable and the drivers were very friendly. However, the breakfast they offered was pitiful. No eggs or any meat other than ham slices. I used the bus to go to downtown to eat breakfast. Don't recommend Stoned Crab. There is better food and better prices elsewhere (Blue Heaven or Patio Friends).

Good coffee. They did a nice job with serving breakfast. Staff that worked behind desk was not acceptable. Out friends had termite droppings in their bathroom and they did not even want to hear about if. They were rude. Checking out just no hospitality. Pool nice. Beach nice. Food was a bit overpriced. Cute rooms.

Nice and clean. The bus to Downtown was great and made life easy. Great experience!
