Extremely old and dirty. Staff was not nice at especially when we called to tell them that are heater wasn’t working or when our keys stopped working.

Everything at the hotel was worn out and they didn’t seem to have the staff to maintain it. The outside entry door which was supposed to be secure was damaged and always open, our room door was damaged and the key rarely worked, etc. Our room was not serviced the three nights we were there. Very disappointing stay.

Good if on a tight budget.

Well , the rooms where nice and big ! What i didnt like is got charged twice for my stay so they did to many withdraws from my account

The bath tub drain was clogged. I had to get up early at 2:00 take a shower and leave. I was showering in standing water that did not go down.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Bathroom caulking/grout was moldy and definitely needed attention.

My originally assigned room was not cleaned after previous guest prior to my check-in. Was reassigned to another room that was clean. Fully paid for both my friend's room and my room through Orbitz, however, my friend was still charged for his room on his card that should have only been used for incidentals.

Nice hotel quiet and near our event. Was short drive to Mt St Helens. Staff does come around a little early. Definitely recommend

Super relaxing room, clean and comfortable beds. I would for sure stay here again if we end up in this city again.

Shower was broken and we had to switch rooms. Luckily we found this out the night before and they were able to move us. The second room had a horrible smell and we had to leave the door open for awhile to air out. The bathroom sink had hair around the fixtures and wasn't clean. No apology or discount offered.
