Based on the parking lot, the hotel did not seem crowded, yet we were put into a room where it looked like someone had tried to break into the room with a crow bar as the front of the door was all scratched and pieces of the door chipped away, so much so that when you closed the door, you could actually see light coming in from the hallway. We were so exhausted from having driven half the day and the door did close (we just dead bolted), that all we wanted to do was go to bed.

hotel nice, restaurant closed, brown bag breakfast boo! 8pm curfew, no local restaurants except fastfood. If possible avoid Kyanta, Az

The accessories and rugs (Native American made) nice gift shop

Clean, western theme, easy checkin. Excellent location in small town.

Grossly overpriced, this property should be going for perhaps $75 a night, not $200. It was average in every way.

I can’t say enough positive about our two night stay here. From the attractiveness and cleanliness of the facility, to the warmth and helpfulness of the staff it was all excellent. The breakfast was substantial, the rooms spacious, the restaurant for dinner delicious and the convenience of location to Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park were all terrific. We were even fortunate enough to hear one of the remaining 9 Navajo code talkers, Peter McDonald, share his WWII experience. Highly recommend🙂
