Check is staff was cordial. We were not told that we needed to call and schedule room service. When I tried calling for more towels front desk and housekeeping around 9pm in the evening when I got back to my room, no one answered. I finally went down to the lobby to request more towels. Breakfast was a nightmare. Because of the long lines and wait period, I couldn't have breakfast the two days I was there. It would of taken me two hours to have breakfast.

No maid service to clean rooms. Had to send several requests for trash pickup and for towels. No maid ever entered the room to clean. Dining would not serve water and told us to get bottled water at purchase from the front desk. Had to ring and mo one answered for towels. Not all requests for towels were answered. No trash picked up from room. Had to call for trash service. Menu limited and no water available with meals. Food was average to poor.

The hotel is nice and fairly new. Good breakfast options before the virus and limited options now (Nov 2020) but ok. Kids didn’t care for the limited options except yogurt. Didn’t use the pool this trip. It is good but a little small but enjoyable since we were the only family here.

Very clean and nice facility. Happy hour food could be improved. Maybe add something sweet.

The hotel itself was cleand and the breafast and breakfast staff were excellent. The housekeepi g was terrible, never properly cleaned our room.

My family and I stayed here for a 9 day vacation/ soccer tournament, breakfast was definitely the best part, pool is too small. It’s ridiculous how the hotel has a charging fee of $20 a day for parking considering the price for the hotel stay and when the parking lot is not even a gated. So for our 9 day that was an xtra $180 for parking. Other than that hotel was fine. Stores and restaurants are close by.

We loved our room here and the location. The staff was amazing...however our hot water kept going out. 4/10 nights..freezing cold showers. They kept trying to “reset something on our floor that they said the housekeepers messed with.” 4/10 nights with a freezing shower is unacceptable. The staff and the location of the property was VERY nice. The staff serving breakfast...very personable and sweet. The pool was very tiny compared to the photos and hardly any room out by the pool..fitting only 1-2 small families and only 3-4 small tables..so we never had any quality time there. We were always disappointed so stopped trying to go. Overall, a good room, great location but lacking a few things needed to make it a hotel we would return to.

Thw air condit>oning is set rather warm for the entire building

Great place to stay, definitely will come back on our next vacation

Was cleaned nice very friendly let us check in early good place to stay nice pool no beach obviously

That fact that the hotel was new was a huge bonus. The staff from check in to check out was superb! The on site restaurant was more than adequate. I was able to walk to Starbucks in the morning and within a half block more walk to Target. Access to all major roads was very easy. Perfect place to stay!

Couple things to watch for. They charge for parking and don't tell you until you see it on your statement. Also if you go for "Free" evening reception and order one beer and glass of wine-advertised for $5 update, you pay about $25. Overall hotel is nice.

Love the place, especially their complimentary snacks and drinks before dinner. Their free breakfast are awesome as well. Staff are very friendly. Room was clean and comfy.
