Do not go!!! Tried to. Check in at 9pm there was nobody working. There was a phone Inside door to call For assistance but nobody answered. Tried call hotel from cell phone with no answer! Nobody would check us in although I had already purchased in full 3 rooms that was no body there to check us in or give us room key! As were were trying in lobby trying to get ahold of someone there was a pittbull dog unleashed running around in the lobby with us and 2 other people trying to check in! Finally about about 30 min we gave up and drove to another hotel and had to purchase more rooms! That place was very unsafe environment with not employees working or willing to help! Pretty sure there was a drug deal going on in the parking lot beside our vehicle also! Still have not received a phone call back from anyone regarding our concerns or money!!!

The place was dirty. Elevator scary!! Unsafe area!! Would never recommend or stay here again!!

My son has been waiting over an hour to check in, then gets a key and it doesn’t work. So he’s back to square 1, still not in his room and he was told he had to put a100$ deposit down. This was not listed in the reservation

Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else. We showed up after traveling all day. First, they don't have someone managing check in. Felt like I was checking in to jail as the counter is in this small room and you need to use a phone to call and have someone come down to check you in. After about 10 minutes of this guy fumbling with the system I finally get my room key and head up to my room. Open the door to find the lights on, tv on, and some guys hat and glasses sitting on the end table. Needless to say they overbooked and had no rooms for us. So I make my way back down, use the phone to call the guy back from wherever he goes to, and am basically told sorry about your luck, I'll refund what you paid but good luck finding somewhere else to stay. On top of this, the rooms and hallways were gross, hot and smelled and the place was crawling with questionable people. It was probably a blessing this place was so incompetent and didn't have a room for us because I wasn't making it through a night there.

Great place to stay. Id stay there again. No coffee pot or continental breakfast but a nice spot to sleep.

I liked that it was close to the stadiums but everything else sucked

Apparently, they overbooked this property and put us in a smoking room because there were no other rooms. We were too tired to try to find another hotel. The entire place smelled like smoke and there were cigarette burns all over the side of the bathtub. My husband and I left there the next morning feeling sick from breathing in air. The hallways smelled like smoke. It was a terrible place especially for the price. We never go back!!

Rock hard beds. Rude assistant manager. Noisy residents. No room service. No amenities.

Gross, trashy people hanging out outside, homeless person too. We stayed one night and booked 4 nights. I wouldn’t have cared if I lost the money. I needed to leave.

This is an extended stay hotel. It’s very clean; most features appear to be new, and in excellent condition; on-site staff is great. And unlike a few extended-stay places I’ve spent a night or two at—this one is quiet at night; clean and well-ordered, even in shared spaces. So kudos again to the on-site guys—they were very friendly and helpful, to a degree that some of the priciest places I’ve stayed for conferences/etc. would struggle to live up to. That said: anything you need in advance of your stay? You’re going to be dealing with an off-site call center. That fact won’t necessarily be advertised or disclosed to you. But that’s who you’re working with. The call you’re asked to make ahead of time, if you’re checking in after 8? That goes to them. The call you’re asked to make from the lobby, to reach the on-site person? That’s to the call center, too. We called ahead. We waited more than an hour, in a lobby with no seating or bathroom access, and with repeated assurances that it would be “just a couple more minutes.” And then the on-site guy arrived, and we learned—between profuse apologies; super nice guy; not his fault— that he had notified the call-center of his exact timeline; they just didn’t pass that on to us. If we had known, wouldn’t have been a big deal. We could have grabbed a late dinner, found a bathroom, whatever. The off-site call center was a problem. Don’t book if you need any advance service or support, or if you’ll be checking in after 8.

Reservation was made over 60 days in advance. Reservation was confirmed just after booking, and before traveling to this destintion. Upon arival learned that this hotel has overbook its capacity, and could not honor its reservation. This is not a reliable place / chain to book your stays with. They left me in a bind to find emergency accomidation (for my family) without prior notice after a hard day's travel and vacationing. It simply is NOT possible to recommend this place / chain as a place to stay. I've booked in Hotel 6's and Super 8's and been treated better.

Clean, everything worked, amicable staff. No traffic noise is a huge plus.

I'm so sorry our hotel did not meet your expectations. We do specialize in extended stays and have many happy guests who enjoy our accommodations, esp. the ability to choose only the amenities they want and need instead of paying for services they do not want or use. We would love to welcome you back if you ever have extended stay needs or just want a simple, basic, affordable stay in the future.
