I did not think this property was very clean. Dining options were not good. Was charged a resort fee twice, once by Expedia, once by the hotel.

This was one of the worst hotels that we ever stayed at! When we arrived In our room it had an overwhelming smell of smoke. Due to my error I didn’t realize this hotel still offered smoking rooms. We called to the front desk and they were kind enough to switch us rooms. When we finally got settled in our next room I went to the bathroom to get ready for our dinner reservations. When I looked down on the floor their were ants everywhere! I called down to the front desk again and told them. They said they could send maintenance up to fix the problem or we could switch rooms again. Not wanting to switch again we waited 40 mins for someone to arrive. When maintenance arrived he looked at them and said yes that’s a problem and he was sorry that they out sourced the problem and he couldn’t do anything. I didn’t want to call the front desk again bc I was too upset and now we had missed our dinner reservations. We decided to just hang out when we noticed a bug on our comforter. I was grossed out. The rooms was not the cleanest. I noticed that the bathroom had mold and everything just seemed dirty. In the morning we decided to call the front desk and tell them about our night. I left a voicemail and to this day none he called us back. There is also no breakfast. Lesson learned to do more research!

Liked property cleanliness. Did not like that there were several vehicles parked alongside the curb right outside the doors. We notified the desk staff, as this was a non parking zone, only to find the vehicles still there in the morning. There was plenty of parking in the lot still available.

Casino was very nice. Winning is always a plus to a place.

The property was easy to get to right off the highway. But, it is very industrial and the only view was of the surrounding businesses.

Booked hotel a month and a half ago that was non-smoking, double bed, and was confirmed. I get to the hotel from the airport at midnight, and they said they didn’t have any of those rooms available. So they gave me a “suite” which was in questionable conditions, and smoking room. Terrible experience.

It was nice, the employees were friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms could use some updating and maintenance. For what we paid for the room, i was a little put off by the 'extra' ameninty fees.

We would have really enjoyed a pool! Very friendly staff.

We purchased a premium king room. Upon entering the room It smelled nasty.Then we noticed on the side of the velvet like headboard there was blood stains and or vomit. (Room #605) Lots ! I took a picture. Called down to ask for a different room. The staff was rude and tried to down size us to a queen. After demanding a king room, ast. Manage finally moved us to a smaller room with a king bed.

Had seen some negative comments in reviews of the property but didn't realize such in my experience. Property was superb during my stay...

Property is getting a little dated and could use some TLC. Staff was friendly. Hair dryer did not work and maintnenace replaced it promptly. Very limited dining options for lunch. Buffet used to be open for lunch but now closed. Remaining options are mediocre, I will go off premise next time for lunch.

Appeared that room had been previously occupied without cleaning. Only two bath towels provided when most other sites offer four. Despite having coffee-maker in room there were no mugs/cups, not even one glass for a drink of water. Small things make the difference.

You might want to contact Orbitz as all of the 3rd party sites that book for us do not collect the amenity/resort fee. That fee is collected by the hotel.
