Much better than the other Extended Stay facilities in the Overland Park area. Clean and quiet. Some wear and tear on kitchen area. Front desk clerk was away from her station for sometime, without any notice that she would be back, leaving customers waiting.

1. Terrible experience checking in and .checking out. No one at front desk both times . Won’t pick up phones . 2. Dirty room. 3. Room Entry Key cards stopped working 3 times Overall nightmare experience. This will be a brand of hotels , I will avoid for rest of my life .

All was good, just breakfast could be better. I recommend this place.

The lobby, hallways, and counters were dirty, There was paper bags left in the elevator floor. Seemed to be understaffed, customers checking in and others waiting to coffee.

Caulking in tub had mold and drain had water rust. Room is ok if you plan on staying several nights and cooking in your room. Continental breakfast consisted of packaged muffins and coffee. Ok room for the money.

Pay attention to the poor reviews!!! First thing you notice old hotel odor. Get into room, notice dirty rag left in bathroom. Then I can’t turn on bedside light because bulb it burnt out. Go to put items in refrigerator and see a dirty appliance. Go to pull out sleeper sofa, and find zero extra bedding for it. Plus empty drink bottles, candy wrappers. At this point, we are in our pjs and not convenient to go to front desk for items. Go to take a shower, shower curtain is stained and moldy and area around drain is rusted. Gross! Then when I need to blow dry my hair, no hair dryer. My husband went to front desk to get one and complained of how bad our room was. All they could say was sorry and if you need items to just ask. We would’ve been back and forth to them 7-8 times during the stay for things. We chose not to eat the breakfast here as I don’t trust their kitchen cleanliness. Beware of this place; pay the extra to go to a better hotel. Or even sleep in your car! It was that bad!!!!

Did not like the shower area except that everything was fine. TV remote was not working, was lazy to call them and fix it.

The overall atmosphere of the room was great. The location gave access to numerous stores. I look forward to staying with you again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Horrible urine type smell strong in the hallway, slight in the room. Two guests appeared to be engaging in illegal activity in front of hotel, which made the facility feel unsafe. I was glad to leave and won’t be going back.

Nice place for a quit stay - It was comfortable and inexpensive

The hotel was convenient to where I had to go and inexpensive. It was also worn but clean

I have stayed at other extended stay Americas before and never had an issue. This one had animal AND human hair in the sheets, I had to ask for a clean set. The staff at the desk was quick to give me a new set, but I did not have a good night even with clean sheets as there was yelling into the early morning. I chose this hotel because they are pet friendly and seemed like a good deal, and I figured I could make some food I brought with me instead of fast food. This hotel had no cups, silverware, etc, so I couldn't make anything and ended up eating some crackers I had in the car. My service dog and I were pretty miserable, only slept a few hours.

Very good value. We’ve never stayed at an Extended Stay America hotel before so I decided to give it a try since the price was lower than I usually end up paying for a hotel. Everything was very adequate and we would definitely stay at an Extended Stay America hotel again.

There was a dirty rag on my bathroom counter when I walked in. The room was clean but seeing this made me feel like the whole room was dirty.

No front lobby personal for 20 minutes. So I left to another. I stayed once before and had a “decent” stay. After this incident I’ll never return.
