Location was very helpful

I definitely liked the automatic shut off lights in the rooms. The overall cleanliness of the room was good. Outside of the room, in the hallway areas, it looked like there had been mud tracked around. However, it seems like that is from some of the clientele that are used to going there as there are signs up stating no muddy shoes, so they are doing what they can to stop it. The one thing that was the worst part was the very limited food options for breakfast in the morning. They had a waffle batter dispenser but no griddle. Overall, the experience was still pretty good and would visit it again.

Loved the continental breakfast and the jacuzzi tub

The bed was very uncomfortable. Room was full of humidity

The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was a good size.

May be the only hotel in this area that you get value for money.

When we checked in, we asked for an extra pillow. Clerk gave us a dirty pillow but no pillow case. He said that he didn’t have any more cases in the entire hotel. In the morning we were told that the clerk could not unclog the toilets in both the men’s and women’s bathrooms in the lobby because he wasn’t qualified. He then told my husband that we would have to wait 2 hours to use the bathroom until his maintance man arrived. Our bathroom toilet in our room didn’t work right either and he told us to fix it ourselves. So, 3 hours later we finally had a toilet to use. Not a fun situation with kids. Our sheets were also stained, with a reddish/brown liquid. This was noticed upon check in, but the didn’t have any other rooms or bedding to change it.

Hotel staff refused to knowledge a reservation and made us sit in the lobby for half an hour. After half an hour she magically found it we were able to check in She was extremely rude threw this process.

Used mostly as a base for visits with family and friends in the area. Convenient location for our needs. For the most part our stay was good. However, on Saturday night a group assembled in chairs in the parking lot just outside of the pool and had a rather noisy conversation until well after 11:00 pm. We called the desk at 10:30 to let them know, but the conversation continued for about another hour. They need to do more to remind residents so the quiet hours expected (we noticed a sign up I the lobby the next morning about quiet hours but not sure if it was there before that).

Very clean quiet and nice staff members close to the highways and restaurants, the best hotel in lees summit that I had stay for the great price love my stay and I have 4 more reservation with them for the year

Good location. Room clean. Had no problems. Would prefer a secure Internet connection. Parking can be a challenge. Always seems to be congested at front door. But I will stay here again.

As usual, I enjoyed my stay at the Comfort Inn. Everything was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the internet worked!!, and I got my waffles at breakfast. The only reason I would not rank them with all fives is that the security light shone into my room. There are no light blocking drapes on the windows, only shears. I kept waking up all night thinking it was morning, thus I did not get a good night's sleep. My room was 223.

The hotel itself was fine, unfortunately my traveling partner's room was not made up when she was given the key. The office staff was apologetic, but said, Oh, we're having trouble with the cleaning staff. She was given another room, but knowing that there was trouble with the cleaning staff made me apprehensive. Perhaps after this staff issue is resolved the experience would be completely different. As to the breakfast, I was disappointed that it was not replenished later in the morning. By 8:00am the boiled eggs and the yogurt were both gone, so I had missed out.

Very nice pool and spa real nice customer service a little difficult to locate

Real great experience overall, there is a heavy set guy that works nite shift that is so rude I almost didn't stay there! He was terrible, rest of the stay was enjoyable!

Pros: Indoor pool and hot tub Tucked away location Very clean Continental breakfast is ok, but included Cons: Noisy - very thin walls... Lousy customer service - staff seemed very aloof, basically just gave us the key cards and took them back - no helpful advice, etc.
