Excellent downtown location, however hotel was dated. They were overbooked so we did not get the room we reserved. Front desk was oddly unapologetic. Our first room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke. They tried to get a rollaway bed in the too small room and house keeping suggested it might be against fire code. We asked to move rooms and thankfully our next one smelled cleaner. Overall the rooms need to be updated with improved finishes. I was disappointed with our stay.

We saw Kalamazoo in a different light. What a fantastic view. The hotel room was to die for. The only thing that we didn't like was the limited hours on the pool and the hot tub as they closed at 7:00 p.m. There was also no breakfast in the morning.

Very nice hotel with large rooms and located near lots of unique bars & restaurants.

Great location. It’s a mini mall with great surrounding restaurants. The staff was super friendly. No street parking. Only option is to pay overnight. The sink and shower desperately needed to be replaced. Found some hairs in different places and a super stained chair. Other than that, the bed isn’t very comfortable but it will do. Overall it’s fine

It’s a nice hotel it’s in the downtown area and there are restaurants and other amenities nearby so I like that. What I did not like is the fact that daily parking cost $20 unlike other hotels the area where the parking is free

The pool and hot tub were great! I wish the single bed room we stayed in had a couch rather then the 2 chairs.

My King Bed room was really small and the air conditioner did NOT cool the room. Very disappointed for the price.

I found items in the room that did not belong to me.

We liked everything about the hotel and the location which was what we were looking for, a hotel within walking distance to breweries etc... HOWEVER, the night bartender at Old Burdicks was extremely rude to us. we were celebrating my husbands 50th birthday with 3 other family members. not like we were beligerent and wasted. She was unprofessional and her customer services was very lacking. her name escapes me right now.

$60 for vallet parking is a complete rip off and should have been stated up front. I have never paid that much to park my car over night and it left a bitter taste in my mouth for the otherwise great stay.

Great downtown location and you can walk to many places.

On behalf of the Radisson Plaza Hotel and Suites, I am so sorry to hear that you were disappointed in your stay! In regards to the hotel being dated, we are actually in the process of remodeling our entire hotel right now! Hopefully soon it will be much more modern feeling! I am so sorry to hear about the issues with your room, though! I would love to hear more about it and make things right! Feel free to call the main hotel number and ask for me, I would love to chat about it! Thank you!
