An average overall experience.

The chairs at the desk are nasty. The bed is not bolted to the wall . Me and my daughter sat at the foot and the top of the bed left up . This is not safe someone will get hurt. I when to get my food at 12 am from the front door and the office door was closed so if your room key was not working you would not be able to get back in . This is just not good at all. I will not recommend that place to no one .

Customer service was nice.

It was dirty, poor service. Horrible experience! Never again! Everytime I asked for something I could never get a straight answer. Nobody was at the front desk, I had to call every single time with a phone at the front desk - so somebody could come at the front desk. And you could hear them talking and laughing at the room behind.

It was an extended stay property with a kitchen but there was nothing in the room. No dishes, pots or pans, no extra blankets or pillows, not even any lotion or conditioner. I get that they expect you to bring your own stuff but seriously? Why pay over $100 a night and get nothing?? There was also a dog staying in one of the other rooms that howled for 2 solid hours when I was trying to fall asleep. I will NEVER be staying at an Extended Stay America again.

This facility was filthy, smelled awful, the staff was rude, the building was unsecured, and the air conditioner was so loud that I kept it off. This was way overpriced and extremely poor quality.

Close to arena and many shops. Easy check in and out. Wish the check out was at noon and not 11am.

This property is very close to the Subway and Ferry based access to Manhattan from New Jersey. It is our go-to hotel for all social and sporting events in NYC.

The room was dirty, so the bed was very uncomfortable, there was no hot water

The entire hotel smelled like cigarette smoke. There was even an ashtray in our room. The complimentary breakfast was tea and coffee only.

It was nice to stay there we will be back again when we will need

You get what you pay for here I guess. Upon arrival we noticed our sheets had blood stains. We notified the front desk and we were told that there was nobody around to replace the sheets. We took the top sheets off but no one ever came to replace them. There was a strong and overwhelming marihuana smell throughout the floor we were in.. horrible!

The location is ideal.The bed has stains on the sheet that I used a cork to scraped off,indicating that the sheet wasnt changed from the previous guest.I am a non smoker and they gave me a smoking room with burns all over the floor. Upon exiting the elevator the entire floor is drenced with cigarette smoke.PS.The don't seve breakfast, atleast not for free.this is good for last minute one night stay or you are in town and qant ro be close to NYC or the stadium.
