Nothing ... everything was just terrible!!!! Staff, cleaness, dusty, dirty.

Gave us a room with a tv that kept shutting off. It was ridiclous. Then the phone wasnt working to call them at the front desk. They also charged my card an extra 50 and did not explain why smh. Never stating here again. Im better off going to the motel by my house.

The first room given to me made me want to check out, I accepted the sexi d room but wen to buy my own cleaning supplies including air freshener. The entire floor smelled if marijuana. Upon checkout, I was contacted and told I am no longer welcome because I used si freshener and the room smelled of smoke. No smoke alarm tamper or other signs of smoking (I dont smoke). Not that I would return but I was disappointed.

It was a good place to stay i made a reservation through orbitz and whrn i got thete they wad having some kind of computer issue but they didnt turn me away they honored my reservation without any hesitation the guy behind the counter is a great employee im mad i never caught his name

Staff at front desk are really nice. After our night apent at this hotel, my daughter woke up with rashes on her back and little bite marks on her finger. My wife also has some red rashes, i didnt have any since i slept in the other bed that was in the same room, our room was 202, i would recommend that staff check this unit some mites or even bed bugs.

Staff at night was great very accommodating but we smelled marijuana in the hall, very strong, and one of the guests was very loud, which speaks more to the area-- it is a decent area but off a highway very close to NYC. The front desk was able to switch rooms, this woman in the original room next to us was a nuisance, however. The hotel room was fair, a little rinky compared to other extended stays which are great rooms, mini 3 room studios.

Stove and fridge were nice. First room they gave me had a strong bad oder. TV automatically turned on at 7:45 AM, with sound, to their advertising channel. Remote would not turn TV off until I messed with the menu functions for several minutes. Guess I’m up now! :/

Glad we had a room. It was clean a ac worked. Bed was comfortable and it was semi quiet

I felt the hotel was understaffed and ill equipped. I was in town for a performance at Metlife. Yes, i understand it was a busy weekend, but being that you are a hotel next to the biggest stadium and knew about the performance well in advance, i feel the hotel did not staff the front desk in any adequate manner to accommodate guests. Additionally, despite being checkin at 3pm, several guests were forced to wait well past 3pm because of insufficient staffing again. The internet also was not working and the staff said to just call a number for tech support which was a nonfunctioning number. I stayed at this place bc the price was so cheap but will not be staying again even for lower pricing.

After a long drive from Pittsburgh, the front desk was very nice & made check-in quick & easy. But once we got into our room & started unpacking & settling down, we were very disappointed with the quality of the room. The following lights was out of order: the main lights in the ceiling, & stovetop light, 1 out of 3 lamps. There was sticky residue all over the kitchen countertop, cabinet drawers, fridge & bathroom counter top. When I went downstairs to pick-up kitchen essentials, half of the items were unavailable & each time I came downstairs, I had to wait at least 10-15mins for the font desk staff. The overall cleanliness of the room was 6/10. We had a ton of issues with the key card for the room & had to get new cards made - a total of three times. And one of the main entrance/ exit door did not work. The shower head was constantly dripping because could not fully turn off the faucet. On a positive note, we were happy with the privacy in this location.

Quiet , hidden off rt 3 very close to NYC , convenient parking noticed a lot of trucks , rooms are decent , like a red roof inn , so for event and production crew very good hotel , breakfast is fake only a coffee station n cereal bar , laundry room vending machines good , kitchen inside room , receptionist at hotel are nice , 1800 customer service not so good , animal friendly saw a cat in someone’s window .

Clean Reasonable price Needs a few upgrade but decent for a family stay

I don’t recommend this hotel, I asked receptionist to give us kitchen coking stuff to make food since the hotel has kitchen. Teapots, spoon, knife were so terrible so dirty and so disgusting. Also bed sheets were not clean and were smelly. It was a horrible hotel
