After driving five hour I had a wait 15 minutes somebody to show up at front desk. When attendee came he’s serve the people came before me.

Awesome stay!

Love the location and convenience. The lack of pool amenities and room service is a let down.

Restaurant and view were awesome. Loved that their was a coffee bar to purchase breakfast items.

Room key didn't activate elevator. Hotel is connected to another hotel. Confusing to just check in. Place is very though after initial headache.

I had high hopes in staying at this new hotel that only opened a few weeks ago... Cons: The room was incredibly dusty. Several lights and outlets didn’t work. Traveled around and around and finally got to the ice machines 2 floors down and they didn’t work and it took forever for them to bring ice to my room. The tv was possessed and doing all these crazy things with the volume on it’s own. The a/c is so loud I kept waking up and the alarm clock in the room was preset to 6am. Woke up tired. Pros: The bathroom was nice (albeit the shower I couldn’t for the life of me figure out) and the bed was pretty darn comfortable since they were new (hopefully). Gorgeous terrace. Literally in front of the ferry to NYC. The front desk people were nice but mix of unfriendly, overly friendly and didn’t really know a lot of info about the hotel.

Everything was very clean, The rooms and lobby are very stylish and modern. The Rooftop was gorgeous with a stunning view. I had some difficulties with cellular LTE service and their wifi didn't seem to be working properly at the time I was there, but my LTE service did get better eventually. Staff especially at the front desk and the bar was very nice. I would absolutely stay again, especially if the price is right.
