My room was not clean when I check in. There was trash on the garbage cans, floors were dirty and my bathroom had used toiletries. The ONLY great thing was when I ordered room service the man who brought my food was very kind &b attentive. The food from the buffet was good but I kept on asking for coffee several times and it took them a while to get it to me. Loud music and din't get much sleep while I was there. They charged me for WIFI and breakfast even though my reservation stated breakfast was included. VERY disappointed on this facility being a HILTON hotel

The staff were very nice,and the room was too.Breakfast was tasty,and the staff were very helpful. The pools were okay.They were quite small,but one had sprinklers,which was nice.There were a few pigeons around but it wasn't too bad.

We were in Jaipur to celebrate our wedding anniversary. First night was uncomfortable due to location near elevators, noisy/rather dysfunctional room air conditioner unit. I called front desk at 1 AM to complain. A technician came within 10 minutes, could hardly fix it, followed by night manager who promised a better room next day since they were sold out due to a wedding group stay. True to their promise, front desk staff, I must mention her name: Anju: was simply outstanding, came through to assist . We got a different, very comfortable room, our luggage was transferred by the hotel to the new location. As we entered the new room, we were greeted with a beautiful towel and flowers decoration on the bed and at midnight a complimentary chocolate cake was brought in by the hotel staff with ‘Happy Anniversary’ wish on it. Now, this is Hilton Service! Breakfast was simply superb, something for everone’s Taste, order station, continental, Indian, Mediterranean etc, all there. We ate Dinner in Chandni restaurant , a simply outstanding and authentic Indian Rajasthan place, great service! Room service was prompt and excellent beyond expectations. One of our most enjoyable stay in any hotel. Will recommend this place hands down to anyone expecting a Five Star Service.

Worst experience... website says free wifi... and they charge for it... room was not cleaned next day... all in all... the money u pay for room didn't justify the facilities provided.

We had a terrible stay. Upon checking in, our room smelled very strongly of mildew. When we informed the staff and asked to be moved, we were told they could get rid of the smell in twenty minutes, no problem--and if not, they would move our room. we went to the special club lounge where they serve snacks in the evening (we had paid for that class of room). The staff there were slow to clean up the extremely mess that had been left behind, not because they were busy, but because they were standing off to a corner chatting. When we went down to our room to check on the smell, they had sprayed some terrible chemical, and while it no longer smelled like mildew it smelled many times worse. When we requested we be moved to another room as promised, they told us the room they would have moved us to was no longer available. we waited a while, but began to feel quite ill because of the chemicals, and asked to be moved to a lower class room which they accommodated. that room was terribly noisy all night, but it was still better. the next morning everything that had been in the first room smelled of the chemicals and we both felt sick. when we asked the manager if we could check out early and be refunded the remaining two nights, he said yes. we checked into a different hotel. one month later and they are refusing to refund us for the room. So we're paying for two hotels for the same time now. If we had known, we would have saved ourselves the trouble and booked elsewhere to begin with.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Room clean and spacious and bedding comfortable. Dining options overly Indian centric. Otherwise it was a very good stay.

- Staff is attentive, perhaps a little overly, to the point of being bothersome. - Shower was nice but did not have a soap dish, or a holder of any kind for shampoo, wash cloth, etc...had to throw them on the ground and had to up n down 5-6 times...very IRRITATING!!! Whoever designed this hotel probably never used a shower. And the GM must be incompetent... - Hotel is only 7 months old, but seems to be aging fast...poor maintenance usually does that. Other than that, a good hotel. :)

Family with small children

The staff were very nice,and the room was too.Breakfast was tasty,and the staff were very helpful. The pools were okay.They were quite small,but one had sprinklers,which was nice.There were a few pigeons around but it wasn't too bad.

comfort in familiar and reputed brand

worst experience in my entire life so far

strong smell, made us sick.

good hotel but needs work...
