I am very upset with the quality of this hotel. They charge over $100 for the suite. And mind you I stayed for 2 nights. The AC nor the heat worked!!! It’s very hard to believe they were not aware of this before hand. The maintenance man who came to the room said he was going to get a part to fix it and never returned. The front desk said they would move us to a room with a working unit but they never did. Even after us calling repeatedly. They finally gave us a fan to use (after saying we should just open a window) there’s one window in the whole room and it’s a large room with a jacuzzi bathroom. We could barely use the the tub as the heat was unbearable with no way to cool the place down. The fan was great for whatever direction it blew in, but not enough for four people. We had kids with us and even they suffered! Not okay! Management showed no sympathy for it and offered us nothing to compensate besides a second fan which was industrial and blew so loudly we couldn’t hear each other talking laying right next to one another. Just so wrong! This was suppose to be a high class hotel and yet we were met with poor service and half hearted advice. There was even still clothes from another guest underneath our couch along with a charger in the bathroom from someone else. I will not be returning and I want a refund!!!!

the staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here again.

Due to plumbing problems in my home, I stayed here two consecutive nights with two separate reservations. Both times I had accessible rooms. The first night, the room had a walk in shower and higher toilet seat. The second night, the room had a much lower toilet seat and a tub. (Both toilets had a handicapped seat over the regular one.) Granted, the tub was not as high as a regular tub but still necessitated a difficult "climb". Extra hand rails were helpful. I think if a room is accessible, it should be easier to manage and the property should be consistent. THE YOUNG WOMAN WHO CHECKED ME IN BOTH EVENINGS WAS EXCELLENT, HELPFUL, COURTEOUS and COULD NOT DO ENOUGH TO MAKE SURE I WAS COMFORTABLE. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but she is a great employee and obviously enjoys working with the public.

The hotel is close to stores and banks. Very quiet

This properly was clean, the staff was very friendly and it was in a safe environment.

Me and my two kids got in late, they were nice accommodating and clean even were helping make kids laugh and smile. Would stay again.

The hotel is outdated but clean. The staff was very friendly. Our room had a bad smell so we Febreezed it and it was fine. We found out later that alot of places have that smell because of the humidity.

The hotel was very convenient. Walmart Sam's and many restaurants are within 1 to 2 miles of the hotel The staff was super friendly the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great.

Clean. The Mattress was a bit lumpy, and the water pressure was too low in the shower.

Very nice clean hotel and friendly staff my kids really liked the pool and the breakfast was very good also would definitely stay there agaun .

My internet was confusing due to connecting to what was closest to the room instead of connecting to a single connection throughout the building. The door to the bathroom scraped the floor a little but all over an amazing stay and really comfy beds. Highly recommended.

More than I expected for Sleep Inn. Everything was clean, staff was pleasant, and there wasn't a lot of noise. I was able to completely relax during my stay, a working laundry room was also a plus.

we were visiting family about 20 minutes away for the holidays. the room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. we appreciated having the indoors exercise equipment and space as well. and the free breakfast was an excellent value - waffles, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, cold cereals, fruit, pastries, toast, yogurt.

nice clean rooms friendly staff great location near town

Good location and very friendly / helpful staff. The cooling system was great.

We have stayed here before and they never disappoint. breakfast is very good, and opens early. Plus the location is perfect.

Place was clean and efficient, except the place is poorly constructed and designed. Our room door was hung wrong and there was a 1/2 gap at the top. Bathroom was poorly designed as you could not close the door standing at the sink.

I was quite frustrated at first. I was told, via a phone call that I could be picked up for free from the airport if I stayed at this hotel. When I called for a ride - they said they did not offer that service. I saw on their website they had a pool. It did not say it was only open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. I was sad. Room was very clean, comfy bed, small towels, alarm clock did not work, nice view, friendly staff, good breakfast, working computer, no printer paper.

This Hotel is located right in the middle of everything. From shopping, dining, and entertainment. The staff was very nice as well!

Very friendly staff and extremely courteous.Room was superb and the place was very quiet. I would highly recommend.
