Fantastic location. Too bad the restaurant and bar were closed. Going up and down the stairs to our room wreaked havoc on this old mans knees too! Please fix the elevator!

Very nice hotel with a great location.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful starting with the warm welcome by the staff to the unbelievable setting in nature looking out over the mountains. Loved the beautiful veranda!

The property is in the most idyllic location, located high on a hill, surrounded by mountains with a lovely long front porch to enjoy your views. Skiing and golf are right outside your door. Decor inside is charming but in need of an update. My room had cracked bathroom tiles and ripped holes in the curtains. Wallpaper which has been painted over is starting to peel away. The price was right though so if it were more I would’ve been upset with my room. I wasn’t there to spend time indoors so I was fine with it.

Liked the nostalgic feel...old elevator. The old windows rattled a little in wind. We just tightened them.

We only stayed a night si we dudnt aer nuch if hotel as we checked in at 8 pm left at 645am ti di cog yrain which is 45 minutes away

Front desk staff was brusque. Accommodations are very dated. Must have been grand 60 years ago.

The food was excellent..The staff..very friendly. Beds were comfortable..

Historical Inn, very charming. Restaurant food was excellent. Toilet was not working properly so had to plunge it several times during our visit.

Location was good and rooms were clean and comfortable but food was mediocre and golf greens needed some repairs

Perfect location. Beautiful area. Highly recommend.

historic hotel, nice to sit on rocking chairs on the porch, beautiful view of mountains in beautiful town of Jackson

My room and furniture was SO musty that I could not sleep and became physically ill. I check out at 6:00 am and found another hotel

We loved our stay in this grand hotel right near Jackson Falls. Charming old elevator, lobby, etc. Great staff and a great bar. Breakfast (not included) was average. Nice location in the beautiful town of Jackson. Hope to go back!

Thank you for your feedback. The Jackson Cross Country passes right through our property, and we can't wait for the golf course to open. Over the past 2 years, we have gone through an extensive renovation and rejuvenation. We hope to see you again soon.
