The cubby sleeping setup is SUCH a good idea, but unfortunately it was not executed well. There was poor ventilation, so it was unbearably hot and stuffy. I woke up at 1:00 AM and had to take a cold shower to even get back to sleep and my boyfriend actually went and slept in our van because it was so uncomfortable. It was still very expensive for what we got. Would not stay there again.

The description was horribly misleading to a fault. No where did it say HOSTIL nor anything suggesting on would be sleeping in a room with 24 other strangers. I believe a full credit is in order, or we must not use your services in the future. Please don't force me to say goodbye. Paul Grimes

10/10 - This is a LUXURY hostel. It was super clean and nice. -The location is great! Very close to restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and shops. -The lockers are a good size (we were able to fit 2 carry-ons and a backpack in it), -The drawer under the bed was really big (we were able to unpack both of suitcases and put our things in the drawer), -The bathroom area is nice and was very clean (there were 10 full bathrooms and several private toilet stalls), -Towels were provided. TIP: Bring a small desk fan for your bed area, it gets pretty warm once the privacy curtain is closed.

Very nice facility. Would have been nice to be able to use the common areas, but with covid-19 that was not possible, understandably. Thanks for a very comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Great check in experience, the staff person showed me how the locker worked and gave me a tour of the place. Would return soon!

We would never stay at this hotel again. It was a very overpriced refurbished motel. We have loved similar places to this in the past and wanted to love it. The location was not far from the town center. The room itself was clean and well-designed yet the vibe was completely awkward to us. We did not like that they had a hostile downstairs of the motel lobby. The staff did not communicate well with one another. Not a fan.

It is conviniently located, very clean, new and up-to-date.
