The staff is very friendly and helpful But the room is small and there is stairs from entrance to reception

Room so small. The area is terrible. They don’t sale beverages so if you are thirsty no one cares

I been in this hotel before, the stuff do their best to provide good service. The location is not bad, near tramway and metro. There is a swimming pool on the roof. Many restaurants around.

The rooftop pool is the main attraction here. Too bad the water was cloudy for two days. And the pool attendant kicked me out for sitting and reading up there because You must be swimming. Most of the staff were very grouchy and unfriendly. The breakfast was a great spread. The rooms were tiny. They were remodeling 4/5 of the floors, with construction going on till midnight! The location is an easy tram ride to the center.

Location is good. The pool on the top floor was nice on a hot day. The bad: the room was extremely small and in need of renovation. We found on a second day that window did not lock properly and there was a lot of street noise because of that. Also it's close to a mosque so expect to be waken up at 5am every morning.

The hotel is far away of Sultan Ahmed, but near the tramway station. Many restaurants around. There is swimming pool on roof top. Staff is very helpful.

Small rooms, good stuff. Hotel is near tramway. Near middle east restaurants.

Pro: Location is very good. Able to walk around and take the metro for sightseeing. Con: Everything else. The pictures are highly misleading and does not reflect the current state of the hotel. The rooms are tiny and smells like urine. Bathroom is small with tiny shower hardly able to get in and out of. Overall it's a very old hotel and requires renovation.

It's a nice and cozy hotel in old city, the room is clean and tidy. it takes about 5 mins to walk to tram station. about 15 min walking distance to Big Bazaar.

good value for money.very close to shopping areas and very clean room and good breakfast

The location is really convenient, especially for Sultanahmet area. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Overall, very good hotel.

This small hotel was very pleasant, and just a couple of blocks off the tram system so perfect location to explore the historic areas without having to stay in the middle of the tourist area. The staff was very helpful, and spoke good English. Breakfast buffet was typical Turkish, and plentiful. Our room was on the top floor, which was quiet, but it was really a bit too small for 2 adults and their luggage. Did not see other rooms but the lower floors were shaped differently and so suspect those rooms were larger. Very good value for the money.

Good location, and lots of ammenities. Small room, 1 floor up to reach the lobby.

Got a good nıght's rest and great breakfast. Staff are pleasant and helpful and I felt at home rıght away. The sıze and ambıance suıt me well. I would say the ınternet recommendatıon was accurate.

Zagreb Hotel offers basic, clean, very well-priced rooms in an excellent location walking distance to the Bazaar and other sights, near public transportation. The staff was very helpful, polite, and spoke English.

This is a smaller, budget hotel and for the cost, the results are superb with extremely accommodating staff, walking distance to all the central sites, and clean rooms. Highly recommended for the budget traveler.

Ok Zagreb hotel was nice good staff helpful I did like the location it's close bye all the museums it's very safe I love it

Thank you for your valuable comment. In city hotels, the size of the rooms can usually be smaller than in resort hotels. Because mostly touristic, sightseeing, shopping and business guests stay. Whichever hotel you go to in the old city, the rooms are small. We hope to see you again in our hotel. Regards,
