Really nice rooms/bathrooms/showers. Nice staff, free breakfast. Accommodated when I had to arrive late, and also mailed me something I left by accident. Fully recommend.

Clean

Beautiful hotel and camp ground area The room was very large and clean The volleyball net and swings were a plus Pool was cold but very nice clean water hot tub a plus too Will definitely stay there again

Large rooms, very clean ,comfortable beds

This place is AMAZING and I'll definitely stay here again. I stayed in the hotel. The rooms were updated and spacious. One down side, the walls are so thin that you can hear everything from the other room. The breakfast was great. Most hotels give you a small brown bag due to covid but this place had many options (toast, bagels, muffin, apple, breakfast wrap, breakfast on a stick - which was my favorite, coffee, tea, and juice).

We loved our stay here. Nice resort. Room was nice. Breakfast was nice even during the grab and go because of Covid. Swimming pool/ hot tub was well kept up.

beautiful, close to nature, nice walking trails, soac

Nice and friendly staff. Nice big room and very clean and sanitized. Quiet area. Loved our stay.

We stayed in Cabin 505 for two nights. It was wonderful. It is three levels with the master bedroom, sitting room with electric fireplace, and bathroom on the lower level. The middle level has the living room and kitchen as an open floor plan. It was nicely equipped with comfy furniture and a big log table for dining. The upper level was a loft with two big beds in it. There was also two decks. One had it's own hot tub. We really liked the cabin. I am not sure if we got a really good price but it was an exceptional value for what we paid per night. We could park our ATVs right out the door and ride clear to West Yellowstone on well marked and maintained trails. It was awesome to be able to ride and park downtown in West Yellowstone on the ATVs and go shopping. We had dinner at Connie's across the street one night. The food was so great! I had the ribs and my hubby had the prime rib. We had enough leftovers for dinner the next night at the cabin. I loved the corn bread and scalloped potatoes. The staff was wonderful during check in and check out. There is just a couple of things to do to take your leave of the cabin. Common sense things. Take out your garbage, start the dishwasher, and put all the towels in one place. All very reasonable requests. We wished we could have stayed a week and not just two nights. Thank you Sawtelle Mountain Resort for a wonderful mini vacay. George and Jann Smith Nampa, Idaho

Got to my room and there was only 1 hand towel left for 3 of us. No bath towels or washclothes were provided. Nobody was available when I called for resolution. If they are going to be off property they should check the rooms before departing to make sure things are set up for the guests. I am left having to manage not being able to bathe when I have been traveling all day.

To be honest, this was the best place we have ever stayed! The staff is handling the COVID situation wonderfully. We booked a few days in the family suite, which was large, spacious, and amazing. We loved it so much that we decided to stay longer. However when we went to book more time the suite was reserved, so we downgraded to another room. Although it wasn’t as big as the family suite, it was still spacious and accommodating. Most, if not all rooms have a private hot tub on the patio, over looking the beautiful forest/scenery was absolutely amazing on its own. It was the most peaceful vacation I have ever enjoyed. I can’t say enough positive things about the staff, and how helpful they were. As a family, we talked last night about this place being so amazing that we will now make it a yearly tradition to come and stay here!

Excellent, spacious rooms clean and very nice place to stay.

This property is really big. Our room was very nice & clean, the parking was plentiful, and I would possibly to stay there again. My only complaint is that we arrived late and left early the next morning, but we still had to pay a resort fee for the pool (which wasn't even open during the hours we were there). It was pretty expensive for just a few hours sleeping, but it WAS very nice & clean.

Beautiful property. Seems brand new. Rooms are really big and clean. Breakfast was good.

Very quiet location and beautiful!! Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent , service very good, quick and quite . But WiFi not working good

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that this happened. First, the towels should not have been missed by our staff - they restock the rooms when the rooms are cleaned, we also apologize that no one answered your call after hours. We have an emergency number that our guests can call, and our onsite staff can help. We hope that you were at least able to enjoy the area amenities while you were here.
