Nice place but overpriced

Very clean and comfortable.

A beautiful resort located right on the ocean. Staff very friendly. We stayed in 2 bedroom, 2 level room 50 ft from ocean. Amazing. Cooked breakfast every morning looking at the blue water. If you want a busy place this isn’t for you. Quiet, relaxing, low key, then this is the place to go.

Nice pool and staff Rooms very clean Fresh orchids in room

The resort was beautiful. It was clean and kept up well. Nice to have a poolside bar. The only thing is they don’t have a poolside bathroom but under certain circumstances the owner can’t put one in. Our unit was ocean view and was very nice inside. The only problem was the kitchen floor was breaking up. We solved the problem by putting some rugs over to cover it.

PROS: Staff was exceptional. Grounds were immaculate and though landscaped held to traditional Florida beauty. Cottage we were in was perfect for 2 people with adequate and simple decor which we prefer. Pool was nice, clean and heated. The poolside bar ...handy (wish they had a liquor license), but they still had great beer and wines. The Margaritas/Daquiries were made with wine mixers, but were very good (you really don't notice they were not made with Tequila and Rum. The entertainment was perfect...musicians were great...I play guitar and these guys are good. Both bartenders were great as well and both of them also provide boat tours of the Bay side and fishing on the Atlantic side. Kayaking is worth it! CONS: Wish they had a restroom at the pool/bar. The lounging beach area is manmade (probably to help with erosion, but...hey, it' sand!). Really...NO COMPLAINTS ! Would go back in a heartbeat!!

Very clean and the kitchen, den, bath and bedroom had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

well run everyone was very friendly and able to answer questions about the area. Jacob was an excellent fishing guide, my wife and I caught a wide variety of fish and enjoyed being out on the water.

Beautiful grounds right on the water with boat/fishing piers. An orchid grow house onthe property. Attractive residences.

The welcoming keysie appearance of the resort is like a magnet. You want to be there, walking the property, admiring the palms and beautiful flowers, and the ocean. The colorful cottages fit right into the landscape. You are in the Keys, not a chain hotel. It totally works for us!

Was not "oceanview" as specified. also wasnt sure it had full kitchen

Awesome place to stay. Well kept grounds with a spectacular view. Great staff. Window unit ac was the only downside.

Even after the hurricane, we had an amazing time. It was a little slice of tropical heaven! Rooms were super clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to return!

If you’re searching for a low key, private beach, happy hour, heated pool this is it !!! Great change from those high rise properties

We stayed at Pines and Palms for one night on our way to Key West. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was well maintained and very comfortable. We liked the small kitchenette. We were not able to use a lot of the amenities since our stay was only for one night. But we would love to come back and stay longer. It was a very quiet property and we enjoyed sitting on the dock watching the sun go down.
