A beautiful setting in a little world of its own. Gorgeous views, lovely beach, lots of amenities. A pleasure to have stayed there.

The staff members were all friendly. Francesca at the front desk was so helpful and went out of her way to help in what ever you need. Gayle the bar tenant fun and nice to talk to.

Beautiful views, clean property. Staff person in Beach services was exceptionally rude. Front desk person did not process our credit card immediately so we could not charge services to our room - took another trip back to the front desk to correct. This all sounds worse than it was. Enjoyed our stay; just a couple of inconveniences.

The property is in a beautiful setting right on the water. There is a very nice beach area that you can enjoy which was not crowded. The balcony on the room was wonderful and overlooked the water.

I stayed at this place after traveling from Tampa to Sanibel Island and Key West. We have stayed at several places. On the good side, our room has a nice sea view from the balcony. Parking is convenient. We got SMS messages from manager. On the bad side, the hotel is the most unsanitary of all on our trip. There were yellow fecal spots left on toilet seat. Stains were present on sofa. Reception staff did not wear a face mask despite order from the Monroe County. Breakfast buffet is ongoing with guest gathering in groups. We had to wipe down the whole room including floor and furniture with disinfectant. While this is a beautiful resort, it is basically a petri dish. I would not recommend staying here during the pandemic unless management can implement substantial changes across the board.

Very nice no problems!

No room service or housekeeping due to Covid Had to go to other resort grounds next door for Coffee

the hotel was fine, everything clean and good service from the staff. But they overreact due to Covit 19 pandemis. Which is not the hotel's fault. We had a family time and I felt good.

We stayed 6 nights. The property has a great location to three beautiful reefs. Close to some good food too. The views are spectacular if you opt for the full ocean view. If you do not opt for FULL ocean view then you will hear whizzing traffic from Overseas Highway from your balcony. Balconies are large and appear to be available to perhaps all rooms. Most of the staff are engaging and friendly. The pool and tiki are relaxing; however, there isn’t anything available in the way of snacks or meals unless you go Nextdoor to PCI. For the bad news... and maybe these are just weird times with covid, but we were not offered any housekeeping services even when we said we would leave the room, which presents a major problem with sand all over the floors and getting in the bed. No new towels were offered. We had to request them several times throughout. The trash also piled up in the tiny trash cans provided. Luckily beach towels were readily available at the downstairs rental tiki. Our two queen room was small for two adults and two young kids. There was not much room to maneuver around one another. The bar was out of most if not all of their draught beer for the majority of our stay while the neighboring resort was refilled. They were also out of most garnishes (we stalked the Bloody Mary they posted on insta during our stay to no avail at either PCI or PCove.) Ice machine was broken at our resort. Neighboring resort sold ice, but that was a pain.

This is a very nice property however definitely not worth the$444/night I paid. It was spring break so the prices were inflated. The restaurant on property is closed so you had to go out to eat. The room was lovely clean and had a partial ocean view. The resort fee covered a lot and having access to its sister property next door was nice. I would stay there again just off season

Lovely views, quiet and just wonderful. The property itself does not have much to do or eat, but the sister resort next door has plenty of activity and restaurants. Pelican Cove is a splendid place to get away from stress and just hang out. It doesn't look like much from the street, but the rooms are modern, comfortable and the water-side is really nice. Be sure to get the water view rooms.

Don’t expect anything special. Everything about this “resort” is dinky. The gentleman who checked me in was one of the least friendly people I encountered in the keys. For the amount we paid you would think they could afford to put nightstands on each side of the bed, and maybe remove the Proof of purchase sticker residue from the glass doors !? The breakfast that’s included is less than what you could get at a gas station (bananas and stale english muffins). There was hair on the toilet and bathroom floor when we checked in. Of course the view is nice but I wouldn’t give the resort credit for that. Next time I would spend my money elsewhere.

It’s a beautiful property and you can use all the amenities of the neighboring resort. I thought we had a marina view room though but it is really of the parking lot 👎 I think It would be better with a room with a view bc the marina and ocean are gorgeous!

Great spot to see the ocean , the sun , the beach and to relax !! Clean and well decorated rooms , amazing views from balcony ( ocean view ), and great amenities !! Definitely recommend it if you are visiting Florida keys!!

Great location on the water. Room was outdated and many things in the room disappointing to deal with given the price.

Paddleboarding, Kayaking and Cycling were all included in the accommodation price and located on site. You are also able to have access to the neighbouring "sister" properties expanding your choices of restaurants and amenities. We had an issue with ants in our room but the staff came and sprayed daily.
