Lovely property right on the river. Nicely decorated rooms, we had a four poster bed and a bathroom with a huge soaking tub. Breakfast was very good. Within walking distance of many downtown attractions and restaurants. We could see the castle from a side window in our room.

We had a lovely room in the cottage. The location was great, and all of our interactions with staff were positive. We liked it so much we spent an extra night here!

Everything is lovely. The room is clean, the staff is helpful, the attached restaurant is delicious.

Great room! I had the best sleep here on the comfy beds. I loved the location right on the river and the accommodating staff!

Comfy bed, nice spacious room, drying rack in bathroom. Came with breakfast buffet that was really good. Loved the location on the river Ness, easy walk into town. Book and enjoy!

Rooms were rather shabby looking - toilet seat was broken etc Shower had no door so water splashed all over the floors and the shower floor was very slippery when wet Single beds were tiny - not really comfortable for an adult Breakfast was dried out and really not good

Room was clean, comfortable and stylish. Location is perfect. The only disappointing and minor part of our stay was the room service. Food was underwhelming and service was a bit lacking. Otherwise I would happily stay here again.

Easy access to shops, pubs, etc in center of town. Just between 2 pedestrian bridges over the river. Very nice staff. Our room was very comfy & quiet

Location and the restaurant are all this hotel has to offer. I CANNOT believe I paid $232 for the room I had. It was disgusting. The carpet was so old and dirty. The bathroom had fixtures from the 1980's that were equally gross. The sink had two faucets about 6 inches apart offering scalding hot and freezing cold water. The towels offered were well worn. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets had black spots. I actually slept fully clothed on top of the bed. The room overlooked the roof and parking lot. It was very, very tiny and hugely overpriced. For what I paid, I should have had a view of the river, a bigger bed, cleaner floors, better facilities, and a nicer front desk staff that was actually interested in answering my questions. I'll never stay there again nor recommend this location to anyone.
