I was on the first floor, close to the office. Lots of noise, police one night. Ants in the bathroom. Would have been nice if they supplied cooking and eating items. Why have a kitchenette with a stove? Most people are not going to have these items with them while traveling.

Had to pay to stay with ants in my bathroom really bad.

I have never slept on a bed so hard! Hallway and elevator noise were constant disruptions to my sleep as well. Staff was courteous and helpful.

First room was clean but noisey , the second room is quiet but nasty . Staff is nice there seems to be a lot of people that live here . If the room was clean this would be perfect with the exception of some of the other tenants.

Our heat did not work in our room, it was 36 degrees outside. I went to the front desk and was told maintenance did not work on Sun., they would put us on the list for Monday. told them it was cold in our room, it was winter, all we had were paper thin blankets they provide on the bed and it was unacceptable. E-mailed the company, got a phone call offering to move us just for the night. We didn't need to take all our stuff. I told them was a huge inconvience to move only a few of my things for just one night. Argued with front desk about this. Finally offered a new room for the remainder of my stay. Forgot to mention that our door would stick on the original room and it had to be kicked, HARD, to get it to open. Upon switching rooms I asked the front desk lady to feel the cool air blowing out making our room cold. MISTAKE, as that last time of that door shutting we were STUCK! No way that door was coming open from the inside. She called one person to ask them to help (had them on speaker phone), they told her to just break the door. We tried some more with no luck, finally called someone else who was willing to come up and kick the door open. Finally out! Thank goodness there wasn't an emergency that required us to get out of the room quickly. SUGAR ANTS, EVERYWHERE!!! Then I had to go down and argue with the almost $900.00 worth of charges on my credit card that I did not authorize. The only charge authorized was $10 for internet. The room was paid!
