The front desk worker was not pleasant at all! My room smelled like cigarettes, linen had stains, the man next door had a pit bull chained to the steps as well as a speaker playing loud music and his room looked as if he lived there! I complained and was not offered a different room so I just checked out and wasted my money! I’ll never return to that dump!

I nicknamed this the RedruM Inn because of my 2nd room (the first reeked of smoke, the shower curtain was pulling out a chunk of wall and so was the railing in the closet area, not to mention the layer of dust on the headboard). My “upgraded room” had blood on the wall - not a blood stain, but actual, dried blood. The property manager might say, “but it was just a little bit of blood!” It was blood! On the wall! I’m pretty sure some of the stains on the badly stained sheets were also blood, and maybe some lubricant. The headboards in this room were also dusty - so dusty that in my pictures there’s a clear handprint on one so you can see how deep the dust goes. I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that the handprint was from when they made the bed. The manager seemed put out by my dissatisfaction because when I went in there after calling Orbitz, he hung up on them several times.

Property has a weird drive you have to enter through the Indiana Lighting Parking Lot and it is not well marked. The hotel and the room were not as clean as they could’ve been. The staff was nice every time we interacted with them. I wouldn’t stay here again even with it being cheap. If you like vending machines the amenities will suit you.

Cleaning lady walked in without knocking a hour before checkout and was very rude as was the person calling from front desk

Check in and out was very easy room was clean. Not enough towels were given and room was small, but otherwise I have no complaints.

Old, run down, dirty. Stayed there on a last minute reservation, wont be going back ever again.

I like red roof but to come and book for 2 days to an open door with towels and old linen in the room is absurd and then to go and have to remove it is the worse... I was sleep and housekeeping was beating on the door and I laid there but they continued until I got up and denied a room clean which only frustrated me cause I couldn’t go back to sleep. Was so upset that I never returned for my second night

This was way overpriced for what you get. The picture here is the nicest that you see. The rooms are OK, clean-ish but old. For the amount we paid ($150!!!!) just not worth it. The area is suspect, they have large floodlights in the parking lot to clearly discourage crime, but people smoke in the lot and we're pretty sure we had a prostitute situation next door.

The first where we had was not clean it had hair around the sink bathtub bed was not made tells all over the bathroom floor but the second round was just fine

I was disappointed in the room condition for the price. I was expecting more. The door wouldn't lock, door frame was loose to the point of seeing outside, the carpets were dirty and it was musty smelling. The parking lot was not plowed. On the plus side the sheets were clean. Had this room been less expensive, it would have made more sense, but not at this price. Would not stay here again.

Until was very dirty musty in the front desk attendant was very rude the conditions of the Rumour terrible the hair there is a red stain on the bottom of the bed here's torn fabric and you can't even use the remote

Property has a weird drive you have to enter through the Indiana Lighting Parking Lot and it is not well marked. The hotel and the room were not as clean as they could’ve been. The staff was nice every time we interacted with them. I wouldn’t stay here again even with it being cheap. If you like vending machines the amenities will suit you.
